The research object is the sports team of "combination of education and sports" in zhenjiang middle school,Methods such as literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used.The sports teams of "combination of education and sports" in 12 middle schools in zhenjiang city were investigated,Through the sports team coach and athlete's questionnaire survey and the school sports management leaders interview,This paper analyzes the present mode of high school sports teams in zhenjiang city,including the coaches,athletes,related policies,training process,management and funding facilities.lt aims at providing constructive Suggestions for the development of zhenjiang middle school's "combination of education and sports" sports team,so as to better realize the initial goal of "combination of education and sports".research shows:(1)Zhenjiang middle school "combination of education and sports" sports teams are mainly three modes,namely "City team school-run",traditional sports schools at municipal level and characteristic sports schools at municipal level.The competent department of education has issued a series of policies for athletes entering school in different sports teams,which is conducive to the construction of sports teams.Different sports teams have different policies to support them,and the policy of "City team school-run" is the most preferential,which basically solves the difficulties for athletes to study.(2)Due to the different goals and management methods of the team,the number of sports teans in the "City team school-run" mode in Zhenjiang City is the least,the coaches are professional,and the competition results are the highest;The number of sports teams in the school model of traditional sports at municipal level is the largest,and it has achieved good results in the competition of zhenjiang city;The number of sports teams in zhenjiang city is medium,and the sports competitions are not as good as the other two.(3)Sports team coaches mainly come from two channels of organization arrangement and superior assignment,with a reasonable age structure.The motivation of most coaches is to evaluate their professional titles and improve their personal income.Most of the coaches' knowledge and skills come from their own athletes' experiences.Most coaches have not participated in the training of coaches,which is not conducive to the development of sports teams.The coaches of the "City team school-run" have a high level of sports skills,but their academic qualifications are low.Most of the coaches have the title of coaches.These coaches train the reserve talents for the upper level as the main coaching motivation.The coaches of the sports teams of the traditional sports schools and tihe characteristic sports schools at the mumicipal level have low technical grade,no coach grade,and the main motivation of teaching is the evaluation of professional title,with little professional training and other adverse factors.The current coaches in Zhcnjiang City mainly focus on physical fitness and special skills tests;The training plan mainly consists of lesson training plan and weekly training plan,which is not conducive to the training of athletes;Training time and training times are too long,or rely on time to score;The place and equipment can be guaranteed,which is conducive to the proruotion and dissemination of unified projectThe training time of sports teams is generally around 2 hours,and the training time is relatively long.The training time is mainly in the afternoon and after school.The three "combination of education and sports,sports team modes all have the problem of learning and training contradictions.The main reason is the deviation of athletes' subjective consciousness and the poor performance of athletes themselves.Secondly,the coaches do not pay attention to the athletes' culture class,which leads to further deterioration of the athletes' leaming.in the form of cultural learning organization,athletes are weak in subjects and divided into classes,which is conducive to the cultural learning of sports teams.Most of the athletes in the mode of "City team school-run" take becoming professional athletes as the main training motivation and have poor cultural performance;Athletes from traditional sports schools and special sports schools at the municipal level are mainly motivated to pass key high schools.(4)the school leaders in zhenjiang attach more importance to the development of the school sports teams,and the athletes' parents are more supportive of the athletes' sports training.The source of the "City team school-run" sports team is the funding of the Sports Bureau.Part of the municipal sports tradition sports team comes from the Education Bureau,and some from the school grants.Municipal sports special school sports teams are financed from school funding,Schools do not make good use of social resources,resulting in a single source of funding.Medical supervision of the school sports team is backward and needs to be equipped with professional medical staff.Make the following suggestions for existing problems:(1)Strengthen the deep cooperation between the Sports Bureau,and set up a leading body group.(2)Through the development of sports clubs,expand the path of sports training.(3)Enhance the professional ability of coaches and improve the professional level of coaches.(4)Reasonable arrangement of training contents and improvement of training system.(5)Establishing mechanism to solve the contradiction between learning and training.(6)Improve leadership and parents' understanding and form the trinity of school,family and society.
