Research On Team Building Of Sports Events In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of economy,the cause of sports is also advancing by leaps and bounds.This is inseparable from the participation of college sports teams in our country.Nowadays,the sports events are becoming more and more intense.The tournament is gradually moving in the scale of the competition,Long-term development of the game cycle,the quality of sporting events team building team is directly related to whether the large-scale sports competitions at home and abroad to win.Taking the Yantai Automobile Engineering Vocational College as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the sports team: the problem of the students becomes the obstacle of the long-term development of the sports construction;the teaching level of the coaches affects the further development of the sports construction;lack of funds to affect the progress of sports construction;training contradictions make the necessary training is not guaranteed;the system of competition is not perfect to further restrict the sports team building.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and analyze the team construction of sports events,and finally put forward practical suggestions on the construction of sports events team from four aspects: the acquisition,use,cultivation and preservation of talents:(1)Improve the sports team talent to obtain the recommendations: to strengthen the scientific construction of sports talents;to strengthen the democratization of sports talent to obtain;to abandon the old ideas of the past,to establish a correct view of the people.(2)Improve the sports team team talent use of the countermeasures and suggestions:improve the sports talent allocation;improve the training of sports talent;improve the performance of sports talent management.(3)Improve the training of sports team talent training and recommendations: to optimize the integration of educational resources to achieve the integration of school sports personnel training;to adjust the curriculum of physical education curriculum to improve the overall quality of students;for new teachers into the education needs,to explore efficient school sports talent entry education Model;correct thinking,co-ordination of interests,to explore high-quality school sports personnel after-servicetraining model.(4)Improve the sports team talent to retain the work of the countermeasures and suggestions: to improve the school sports work environment and conditions;reasonable arrangements for work;to maintain a reasonable school sports talent team structure;to give appropriate support;planning the school sports talent career planning;the construction of excellent campus culture.
