Due to the needs of selecting talents in our society,doing exercises has become a necessary lesson to every high school student.Teachers of the new era should adapt to the developing needs of the new curriculum reform.The exercises should adapt to the development of the era,adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum standard on students' ability,adapt to the cognitive level of the students,and be able to distinguish students' thinking level.After students doing the exercises,teachers should be able to choose suitable teaching methods according to students' different learning conditions and exercises of different difficulty levels,so that students can learn the methods of doing exercises.Besides,students can strengthen their thinking ability and improve their efficiency of problem analysis.This paper takes the unit exercises and their teaching methods of senior high school as the research object.I hope this paper can encourage senior high school teachers to let the exercises adapted to the learning situation and the cognitive level of students in their school,and explore an effective way of explaining the exercise,so as to improve students' geographic thinking ability and practical application ability of geographical knowledge.This paper mainly contains the following parts:The first part is the definition of related concepts.? respectively defines the concepts of reliability,validity,differentiation,table of specifications,SOLO taxonomy(Structure of the Observed Learning Outcome),The PTA scaling and Learning pyramid theory(Primary Trait Analysis).I analyze the significance of these seven concepts,so that we can provide a scientific basis for the effectiveness of the unit exercises and its teaching methods.In the second part,this paper discusses the necessity of improving the propositional ability of high school geography teachers,it finds out the main problems of propositional system,puts forward the strategies of improving the ability of propositional,and predicts the future development trend of unit proposition.In the third part,through the analysis of the existing test questions in the market,I generalize their propositional methods,summarized the shortcomings and trying to improve them.Based on the analysis of the basic elements of unit exercises,I establish a set of reasonable and effective methods for proposition and organizing the unit exercises and find an effective way to evaluate the validity of the methods.The fourth part is the discussion on the teaching methods of the test questions.Through the contrastive analysis of students' answers before and after teaching,the effectiveness of different teaching methods is evaluated.I also interviewed some students and experienced teachers for their suggestions of different teaching methods mentioned on this paper.It can be used for proposition,composition and teaching reference in the future.
