In January 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Standards for the History of Senior High Schools".The biggest change in the new curriculum standards is the five core qualities of the history discipline.In the aspects of the nature,basic concepts,academic quality standards,implementation recommendations,etc.,the specific requirements for the implementation of the core literacy of the historical discipline have been made.Therefore,the development of students' core literacy of history discipline has become the focus of current history teaching,however,the implementation of core literacy is inseparable from historical teaching practice and various historical teaching methods.As a common and effective teaching method in history teaching,the problem-based approach allows students to develop historical core literacy while discovering problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems.At present,the research on the core literacy of history subjects is constantly emerging,but most of them are limited to the research on its connotation and characteristics.There are few studies on the combination of core literacy and teaching practice.Based on the core literacy of history disciplines,this paper discusses how to apply problem-based teaching in history teaching to gradually cultivate students' core literacy of history.This article is divided into five parts.The introduction part mainly discusses the reasons for choosing the topic,that is,the implementation of the core literacy of the history subject,the implementation of the college entrance examination reform and the new curriculum standards.At the same time,it sorts out the research status of the core literacy and problem-based teaching methods of history disciplines.In addition,it briefly introduces the content and research methods of this paper.The first part is the discussion of the core literacy and problem-based teaching theories of history,including the introduction and interpretation of the core literacy of history disciplines,the interpretation of problem-based approach and its positive role in history teaching.The second part mainly discusses the teaching principles and strategies of high school history based on the core literacy of history disciplines.It introduces in detail how to implement core literacy in teaching from four aspects:teaching intention,teaching goal,teaching process and teaching evaluation.The third part focuses on the topic of "Strengthening the Autocratic Monarchy of the Ming and Qing Dynasties" as an example to discuss how to apply the problem-based teaching method in the teaching practice to develop students'historical core literacy.The fourth part is the reflection of this teaching practice,mainly from the teaching effect and the existing deficiencies,and puts forward some teaching suggestions on the basis of teaching practice.Based on the historical curriculum reform and the new history curriculum standards,thi5 paper explores how to implement and develop the eore literacy of students,historical disciplines in the process of problem_based teaching on the basis of understanding the core literacy of history and problem-based teaching.Through teaching practice,it is recognized that the implementation of core literacy in the history-based teaching of high school must take the historical core literacy as the teaching goal,and fully implement the core literacy in all aspects of teaching intention,teaching goal,teaching process and learning evaluation.In the proeess of discussion,this paper not only pays attention to the implementation of problem-based teaching to the eore literacy of historical diseiplines,but also focuses on how to optimize problem-based teaching under the new historieal curriculum reform,so that problem-based teaching can better meet the needs of the new curriculum reform.
