practical situation of the ideological political work of students in private vocational school in times of the internet.In order to reach the goal,this dissertation is arranged into four main parts.At the beginning,centering on the logic of internet ideological political students work in internet,the dissertation introduces the development and current state of the internet,and its characteristics and functions as well.Then,the dissertation illustrates the present conditions of the ideological and political work in private vocational institutes from the four following aspects: firstly,students in vocational institutes have little interests in ideological and political courses;secondly,in private vocational institute headteachers' power in ideological and political education is greatly affected;thirdly,the education theory in ideological and political teaching lags behind and teaching method is lacking in variety;fourthly,the mechanism in private vocational institutes is incomplete.Following it is about the young teachers' ideological and political working conditions in this kind of schools.Chapter three is the problems with the network like supervision,legislation and the construction of teaching platform.To solve these problems,the countermeasures are put forward in the last chapter.In this dissertation,the studying method of literature,questionnaire survey,the comparison analytic method and multi-disciplinary conformity research method aretaken to for the sake of the conclusion that the construction and application of web in private vocational institutes is now in a leading position throughout the nation and college students have become the major part of the web users.As the internet becomes a new tool for people to communicate,new problems have occurred among the students who communicate online.The network,as a new media to spread information,is now exerting growing influence on college students' ideology and behavior.The development and popularization of the Information network technology has provided private vocational institutes with the opportunity to improve their ideological and political work but also raised new challenges.Generally,the opportunity that is brought by internet is bigger than the challenge.The mental work of student in private vocational institutes must explore new thinking continually and adopt new countermeasures based on inheriting the successful experience of traditional ideological political work in colleges.Only if the ideological political work of students in private vocational institutes actively adapts itself to the web characteristics,energetically advocates the advantages of the internet,and vigorously abolishes its disadvantages,the attractiveness,the persuasiveness and the infectivity of the mental work can be strengthened in the web environment well.
