Teaching tact is a very familiar concept for teachers,but with the implementation of the new Curriculum Revolution and the popularity of Quality Education today,its meaning is gradually changing.Moreover,many scholars have the different understanding in teaching tact.This research fully affirms the historical development of teaching tact,in addition the fully affirmed by the research of domestic scholars,and affirms that teaching tact is an instant creative action with educational significance under certain circumstances.So,how should we train this kind of Teaching wit and where should we begin to train? The author gives a deep thought of the research object of this study,that the normal university students as the source of teacher education should have the basis and important role.in the future,It plays an important role in the formation of expert teachers,which is irreplaceable and elementary important function.As a new teacher,the significance of this study is also very important.In order to promote the professional development of teachers,especially novice teachers,and become a better teacher of reflective practitioner,it is urgent and important to understand how the teaching tact is embodied and how to train it.This study tries to explore from the following five parts.The first part is introduction.This part mainly puts forward the origin of the research,the exposition of the core concepts of teaching tact,and the summary of foreign research and domestic research.Study on the related problems and puts forward and explains the significance of the research with the background;then through the analysis of the problems gradually put forward the general idea and related research methods;through the whole research on the grasp of the following research's innovation and research achievements,,the present study finally statement is the defects and shortcomings.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study.This part is mainly divided into two aspects to provide theoretical support for this study: Schoen's reflective practitioner paradigm and practice oriented curriculum model theory.Among them,Schoen's reflective practitioner paradigm is an irresistible torrent of teacher professional development.The practice oriented,as a theoretical support,can reflect the Teaching tact fundamentally as a kind of teaching practice.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the teaching tact of normal students in A normal universities.This paper analyzes the training program of A normal universities,and gradually analyzes the problems of setting up the curriculum of teacher education,in order to show the training situation of the students' teaching tact.This paper analyzes the students understanding of teaching tact,and then states the specific expression of teaching tact in the process of teaching practice.The fourth part is the analysis of the status quo and causes in students' teaching tact,including training objectives diversification lead to the main body of the lack of teacher education,teacher education idea lag,preservice teacher education curriculum evaluation is not effective,improper teaching practice and lack of reflection on Problems,which conclude five aspects to analysis.The fifth part mainly put forward to promote the way and optimization strategy of prospective teachers teaching tact's formation: the integration of training objectives to reflect the specialization of teachers' education,and guiding the relationship between educational theory and practice with the practice oriented curriculum concept.At the same time,training normal students' Teaching tact with reflective practice teacher education idea.Reforming the existing methods of teacher education curriculum evaluation,and bringing teaching tact into the curriculum evaluation of pre-service teacher.It should ensure the adequacy and management of teaching practice.and train normal universities students' adaptability in teaching situation.Meanwhile,Pay attention to the content of teaching reflection of the normal universities students.
