Teaching practice is an important part of Teacher’ Education in Higher Normal Universities,it is also an important channel between the theory and practice of teachers’ education and anecessary link for training qualified teachers. Through teaching practice, the normal students canrealize the important transformation of the role from "students" to "teacher", and become goodteachers who have the teaching occupation morality and teaching ability. Teaching practice hasbecome an important platform which links the normal university and the basic education underthe background of the development of teaching profession, the curriculum reform of basiceducation and the curriculum reform of teacher education.In order to provide some reference for China’s teaching practice reform, this paper adoptsthe methods of document research, comparative analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, ect.Based on the analysis of the theory of the teaching practice, the article investigates the currentsituation of teaching practice of biological professional in Shandong Province, to find theproblems of teaching practice and to advance the new methods of biological teaching practice ofQufu Normal University according to the result of the survey.The main body of the paper consists of five parts.The first part: question statement. It introduces the research background, the research statusand the research significance of this topic briefly.The second part: summary of the research. It defines the related concepts of educationpractice, discusses the basic theory of education practice, expounds the mode of educationalpractice in normal universities and analyses the importance of education practice in thebiological sciences professional.The third part: investigation and analysis of teaching practice for normal students major inbiology. The investigation is carried on from the practice base, the mode, the content, theevaluation, the curriculum, the tutor, the quality of students, the funds and the effect of teachingpractice. In the analysis of the result of the survey, some problems are found in teaching practicefor normal students major in biology which are as follows: the limited practice base, the singlemode, the unreasonable time, the unvaried content, the imperfect evaluation system, theunreasonable course arrangement, too much attention are paid on technicality instead ofteacher-training, the shortage of tutor, the lack of teachers and the stortage of funds. The reasonsof such problems are analyzed.The fourth part: the strategies to solute the teaching practice for normal university major inbiology. According to the analysis of survey in the condition of biology’s teaching practice in normal university, this paper puts forward some solving strategies: establish solid teachingpractice; establish the reciprocal links between university and middle school; put diversiformmodes into practice; increase dispersion time of teaching practice; optimize the curriculum,realize the unified between the technicality and normal; strengthen the training of practiceteacher; enhance the teachers’ professional quality. And further put forward the idea of the newscheme of biological education practice of Qufu Normal University.The fifth part: conclusion and discussion. The results of the research are summarizedcomprehensively and systematicly, and the existing problems in this research are discussed.
