The widespread popularity of network information in the Internet era exposes the long-standing and severe problems of the current bullying in our country.Campus bullying is different from ordinary "social bullying": on the occurrence of the environment,the "Ivory Tower”,labeled as safe and civilized,is tarnished by the perpetrators.It not only means the the harm of personal safety and mental safety,but also means the subversion of values;On the subject and object of bullying behavior on campus,returning to the "Jungle law" in the growing period is a destructive damage to the mental health of the future life;In terms of the victims of campus bullying,they suffer much stronger and more prone to deep psychological trauma than the general social bullying behavior.Those students who have been bullied,often suffer low self-esteem,depression,anxiety,self-esteem,autism,loneliness and other obvious psychological symptoms.It is not a single case that campus bullying has been exposed on the internet,but a global topic in the education filed,not only features in the primary school,higher vocational School,but in the current higher vocational campus bullying where there presents more obvious campus bullying behavior with more negative effect,such as affecting the physical and mental development of students,hinder students grow up healthy;affecting the parent-child relations,destroying the family harmonious atmosphere,influencing school campus construction,disturbing school normal order,influencing social spiritual civilization construction and endangering social harmony and stability.As the front-line staff of higher vocational colleges,the author investigates and studies the bullying behavior in higher vocational colleges from various angles through social investigation,student interview,case analysis and so on,based on theoretical literature research and empirical research.By means of literature analysis and comparative study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The students in higher vocational colleges have a high degree of cognition on the bullying behavior of campus.Through the survey results,it can be seen that 90%of the students are aware of bullying phenomenon on campus.2.Higher vocational college students have a high degree of participation in bullying behavior.87% of the students have suffered bully from the other students,49% of the students admitted that they have bullied other students at different degrees,but when they have been bullied by themselves,45% of them chose to keep silent.When they see others are being bullied,59% of people choose not to expose them.The fear of the victim,the outsider's indifference makes the bully even more intensified.3.Higher vocational college students have higher level of analysis on psychological reasons for bullying behavior in school.70% of the students think that the main reason for bullying is that they are heavily hostile and cannot find the way to vent,so they take it out on the students around.The main reason why these students are so angry is the family environment and home education.4.The campus bullying behavior of students in the higher vocational colleges also has obvious gender differences.If the boys are more vulnerable to physical bullying,and girls are more vulnerable to word bully because of their appearance,stature and personality.Girls are more eager than boys to stabilize the campus environment,and hope that the school can implement some policies conducive to student safety.5.The campus bullying behavior of students in the higher vocational colleges has obvious characteristics of pluralism.The survey found that the graduates have a clear understanding of campus bullying,campus bullying is not only the campus bullying,but also the body or language attacks,interpersonal interaction resistance and exclusion,may be similar to sexual harassment or the body part of the taunt,comment or ridicule.The occurrence of bullying behavior in the higher vocational colleges,in terms of its root causes,there is a social "homogeneity" of the cause,the campus is a reflection of the isomorphism of social phenomena.Based on the structural psychology of the Swiss psychologist Jean Piaget,this paper analyzes the psychological composition of both the perpetrator and the victim in the course of the bullying behavior in the campus,and from this point of view,it explores the positive identity formed in the "campus environment ”,including the family and social environment,is to reduce the bullying behavior in the higher vocational schools.The management of bullying behavior in higher vocational colleges and universities should also realize the homogeneous governance schemes,and comprehensively mobilize the power of family,school and society to realize the treatment of specimens.
