Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of Campus Bullying In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,campus bullying has become a serious and grievous social problem,which widely viewed as an urgent social focus in the media.It may not be ignored or sustained either by schools or our society.Furthermore,the bad influence and fearful consequence caused by it is unbearable by society.Campus bullying has not only seriously affected the normal life of students,but also influenced the usual order of teaching of our school.While secondary vocational colleges refer to the schools that implement secondary and vocational education.As an important part of the national education system in China,secondary vocational colleagues undertake the tasks of training skilled talents.However,due to the reform of Chinese educational system,secondary vocational colleges have basically adopted a 0-test admission.Therefore,the student composition of secondary vocational colleagues is more complicated than other schools,and this kind of special student composition and the particularity of educational content make the bullying on campus occur from time to time.On the basis of introducing the concept of campus bullying,the situation of campus bullying at home and abroad,and the relevant legal provisions of campus bullying,the paper takes the campus of Guangzhou Public Utilities technicians as an example.Through in-depth investigation and interview on the current situation of bullying governance in secondary vocational schools,try to find the shortcomings of relevant systems and regulations,and the deficiencies of the mechanism and the system on dealing with bullying on campus.There are many reasons for this problem,such as system design,school guiding ideology,family,society,and so on.The reasonable level should include perfecting the legislation of bullying prevention on campus,perfecting the mechanism of preventing bullying on campus in schools,establishing a comprehensive management system of preventing bullying on campus with the integration of family,schools and society,and innovating the working methods of preventing and dealing with bullying on campus...
