Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the professional development of teachers has been paid more and more attention.Peer support is an effective strategy to promote teacher professional development.Peer mutual assistance helps break the isolation between teachers in schools,and forms a cooperative teacher culture,which enables teachers to obtain social-emotional support,enhance professional identity and stimulate professional development motivation.However,from previous studies and the actual situation,peer support activities of teachers in primary schools tend to be formalistic and ineffective.This problem urges the author to conduct an empirical study in primary schools to investigate the current situation of peer support of teachers and find out the reasons that affect the effective development of peer support of teachers.The author makes a comprehensive survey of the current situation of peer mutual assistance of teachers in primary school J by means of literature,interview and observation.Based on the previous research results and personal careful writing,this study is formed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,the purpose,significance and research methods of this research are expounded.Secondly,the research status of mutual aid among teachers at home and abroad is summarized.Finally,relevant core concepts are defined.Chapter two is the theoretical system of mutual aid among teachers.The author expounds the theory of mutual aid among teachers from six aspects: connotation,value,content,form,implementation and guarantee.Chapter three is the current situation of mutual aid among teachers in school-based teaching and research of J primary school.The author first introduces the basic situation of J primary school.Then,from the four aspects of organization,form,implementation and guarantee,it describes in detail the current situation of peer assistance of teachers in primary school J.Finally,it analyzes the effectiveness and existing problems of peer support of teachers in J primary school.The effectiveness of peer mutual assistance of primary school teachers is reflected in the following three aspects: first,it effectively promotes the enhancement of teachers' professional identity;Secondly,it effectively promotes the generation of teachers' practical knowledge.Thirdly,it effectively promotes the improvement of teachers' reflective ability.The problems existing in peer support for teachers in J primary school are as follows: firstly,there are limitations in the object,content and form of peer support for teachers;Second,limited by superficial cooperation,lack of real dialogue;Finally,teachers are overburdened and peer support time is not guaranteed.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the factors that affect the effectiveness of peer support.From the perspective of specific peer mutual assistance activities of teachers,the top-down organization mode leads to the lack of autonomy in the mutual assistance behaviors of teachers,and the implementation strategies of some peer mutual assistance activities of teachers are not reasonable enough.From the point of view of teachers,the consciousness of independent development of teachers is not strong,and the quality of peer mutual assistance is insufficient.From the point of view of the school,the centralization of management mode is difficult to stimulate the initiative of mutual assistance of teachers,and the lack of supportive measures for mutual assistance of teachers is difficult to ensure the continuity of mutual assistance of teachers.The above reasons cause the effectiveness of teacher peer support is not strong.Chapter five is some thoughts on enhancing the effectiveness of mutual aid among teachers.The author still from the specific teacher peer support activities,teachers and schools from three points of view,to put forward the corresponding Suggestions.In optimizing the activities of mutual aid among teachers,it is necessary to improve their organizational methods,enrich their contents and forms,and improve their implementation strategies.In terms of teachers,teachers should improve sense of peer assistance,strengthen peer mutual assistance skills,to do the following three points: deepen the understanding of peer mutual assistance,dare to open themselves;Learn to communicate and observe,improve their ability to help each other;Identify their own development needs,take the initiative to carry out peer assistance.In terms of schools,schools should improve supportive measures to provide multiple guarantees for mutual assistance between teachers and peers.Secondly,build communication platform to provide emotional and training support for teachers;Finally,change the teacher evaluation,stimulate the teacher's development consciousness and cooperation enthusiasm.
