With the rapid development of the information age,informatization has become an inevitable trend of social development.At present,big data is in a fierce momentum,cloud computing is coming.As a part of public management,education management should also change the way of management.As an important part of education management,student status management has many drawbacks in the original management model,which can not meet the requirements of information technology and can not achieve efficient docking in different regions.The “Quan Guo Zhong Xiao Xue Sheng Xue Ji Xin Xi Guan Li Xi Tong”(hereinafter referred to as "Management System G")provides a new way to solve this problem.According to the actual needs of the management of student status information in Xinjiang education system,this paper studies the application of "Management System G" in Xinjiang and how to connect with the original student status management system.This study will help to further improve the unified management of the student status management by the Ministry of Education,further promote the development of the student status management by the education departments at all levels,further improve the personal growth files of students,and provide information and data support for the decision-making of administrative units related to education.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the application of "Management System G" in Xinjiang.This paper consists of two parts: introduction and text.The introduction includes the background and significance of the topic,the content of the study,the purpose of the study,the domestic and foreign research review and research methods.The main contents of the text include the following:Firstly,the author defines the core concepts of student status and student status management.At the same time,starting from the basic theory of public management discipline,the author explains the information asymmetry theory,public choice theory,rent-seeking theory,new public management theory and e-government involved in thestudy of "Management System G",which provides a solid theoretical support for further research.Secondly,by investigating the application of "Management System G" in Xinjiang from 2016 to 2017,this paper sorts out and analyses the preliminary achievements of the system application process and summarizes the application shortboard briefly.At the same time,this paper makes a comparative analysis with the self-built system from seven aspects: the overall structure of the system,the division of responsibilities,the functional modules of the system,the visual effect of the system,the convenience of the system operation,the security of the system application,the collection of system information and the expansion and application of the system,and expounds the advantages of the "Management System G" in the practical application process,as well as points out the "Management System G" itself needs to be perfected in the actual operation process of the school-level users.Thirdly,first of all,according to the problems found in the study,I believe that the countermeasures to solve the problems should follow the four basic principles of unified command,coordinated operation,clear power and responsibility,rule-by-rule operation,flat management,simplified process,regular training and fine management.Secondly,we should start with the following points: firstly,we should enhance the awareness of the importance of student status management;secondly,we should strengthen the unified command and efficient coordination;thirdly,we should improve the powers and responsibilities at all levels and operational charters of "Management System G";fourthly,we should improve the technical support and safety guarantee of "Management System G";fifthly,we should strengthen the training of managers and standardize the operation business;and sixth,we should establish a supervision mechanism to prevent breeding.The seventh is to provide adequate material security and financial support,and the eighth is to strengthen exchanges and cooperation within and outside the region.Finally,in order to give full play to the role of the "Management System G" and further improve the basic education management ability and management level,this paper looks forward to the necessity of docking the "Management System G" with the self-built system and theproblems in the actual docking,focusing on the common problems of "one status with many people","separation of people" and "statelessness of people" in the actual operation of student status management.The application of "Management System G" in Xinjiang has achieved initial results,which plays an important role in improving the efficiency of student status management.However,in terms of coverage and validity of application,it needs to be further enhanced to contribute to the implementation of the Party Central Committee's strategy of administering Xinjiang and the realization of social stability and long-term stability.
