At the beginning of 2018,the Central Committee of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era".The Opinion puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers in the new era.It is necessary to continuously improve the professional quality of teachers and the level of professionalism of teachers.As a grassroots organization for teaching and research that is prevalent in primary and secondary schools,the disciplinary group not only shoulders the responsibility of discipline construction and teaching research,but also bears the responsibility of promoting the professional growth of teachers.It is the cradle of professional development of teachers.However,the current teaching and research activities generally face many problems.Under the new requirements of education reform and teacher development,the disciplinary group should make efforts to change the traditional teaching administrative organization to the true knowledge sharing subject group.Exploring the teaching and research activities of disciplinary groups from the perspective of knowledge sharing refers to the implementation of the focus of the disciplinary group work on“knowledge sharing”,leading teachers to share their knowledge,and then to achieve innovative knowledge and build knowledge,not only to enhance personal knowledge reserves,It also enriches the knowledge base of the disciplinary group and activates the vitality of teaching and research activities through knowledge sharing.This study starts from the problems existing in the teaching and research activities of the Chinese disciplinary group in Guangzhou X Primary School.It aims to find out the optimization strategies of teaching and research activities in the context of knowledge sharing by analyzing the problems existing in the teaching and research activities of the subject group.First,this study combines the questionnaire survey,interview and observation methods to analyze the current situation of the teaching and research activities of the X primary school Chinese Disciplinary group.The investigation and analysis of the eight aspects of the activity from the basic situation,the management system,the frequency of teaching and research activities,the teaching and research activities plan,the style of teaching and research,themain body of the teaching and research activities,the atmosphere of the sharing in the disciplinary group,and the sharing effective.The main body of the teaching and research activities is the survey of teachers' sharing cognition,sharing awareness,sharing attitude,sharing ability,sharing content and sharing effect.According to the investigation of the status of the teaching and research activities of the X primary school Chinese disciplinary group,the problems are summarized as: insufficient mobility to share,status inequality,task imbalance,lack of activity reflection,relationship is loose,the teaching and research activities have a single goal,and the teaching and research results are not good.Furthermore,the reasons for the problems are analyzed from the four influencing factors of knowledge sharing(sharing subject,sharing system,sharing culture and sharing technology).To solve the problems existing in the teaching and research activities of this disciplinary group,the author put forward some suggestions.First of all,from the teacher,it is necessary to strengthen teachers' sense of responsibility,pay attention to teachers' spiritual material rewards,standardize teachers' reflective procedures,and expand teachers' knowledge reserves;from the perspective of shared culture,we must foster friendship,trust,respect;From the perspective of organizational management,the establishment of a sound disciplinary group system to protect the teaching and research activities,we must pay attention to the role of leadership and the rational use of teachers' rights;from the sharing of technology,we must make full use of information technology to establish disciplinary groups Knowledge management system provides better conditions for teacher knowledge sharing.The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness of teaching and research activities and improve the professional quality of teachers through the above measures.
