Suggestions on the Reform of the Construction of Teachers ' Teams in the New Era suggested by the Central State Council of the Communist Party of China on the Comprehensive Deepening of the Reform of the Construction of Teachers 'Teams in the New Era mentioned that the educational reform should improve the quality of teachers in all respects,especially primary and secondary teachers.As the primary business organization of the school,the Teaching and Research Group is responsible for discipline construction and teacher research.However,it has to be admitted that the current school management more use grade group and teaching research group parallel mechanism,which has weakened the professional functions of teaching research group to a certain extent,teacher quality is difficult to improve through teaching research activities.It is necessary to change the attitude of teaching and research,reform through teaching and research form,evaluation mode and incentive guarantee,and create a strong teaching and research atmosphere so that teachers can study and study teaching and improve their personal quality.Knowledge-sharing-type teaching and it is in this context that focusing the teaching effort to“knowledge sharing”on the organization of personal knowledge,leading teachers to improve their personal knowledge reserves through learning and processing,and to build knowledge,share knowledge and innovate knowledge in the teaching and research team.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the English teaching and research group in a primary school in Weifang city by using the SWOT method,and puts forward the specific strategies for building a knowledge-sharing teaching and research group.This text is divided into five parts.The first part: Introduction.This part expatiates on the research background,research goal and significance,related research of others,research thought and method of knowledge sharing teaching research group.The second part: The theoretical summary of the knowledge sharing teaching research group.This part defines four related concepts of knowledge,knowledge sharing,teaching research group and knowledge sharing teaching research group.At the same time,it expounds the theoretical support of the construction of knowledge sharing teaching research group:Maslow's theory of demand level,teacher professional development theory and team theory.The third part: A elementary school teaching and research group present situation analysis.This part combines the questionnaire survey,uses the SWOT method to analyze the current situation of A elementary school teaching research group.The fourth part: the construction of knowledge sharing teaching research group.This part is the focus of the whole thesis,from the form of organization,the creation of core team,sharing platform and evaluation mechanism,and so on detailed discussion knowledge sharing teaching and research team construction strategy.The fifth part: the effectiveness and reflection of the construction of knowledge sharing teaching research group.This part briefly introduces the effectiveness of knowledge sharing teaching research group from teaching research atmosphere,sharing platform,teachers professional development and students' level,and puts forward the lack of reflection.
