At present,the problem of physical health of college students has increasingly become an important factor influencing social development.The problem of physical health of college students is very prominent,such as the increase in obesity rate,decline in physical fitness,and failure to achieve physical fitness.Improving the physical fitness of college students is the key to fostering the growth and success of university students.The skipping rope is a national traditional sports event.It is characterized by entertainment,appreciation,fitness,and mental health.Actively advancing skipping sports programs into college sports classrooms is of great significance for enriching the content of physical education classes and enhancing the physical fitness of college students.In this paper,the influence of rope skipping on college students' physique test results is studied.The methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics are used.60 undergraduate students of Qufu normal University were trained in rope skipping for 12 weeks,and the changes of the indexes of physical fitness and function of the subjects before and after intervention were analyzed.It is of great significance to explore the effect of rope skipping on college students' physique test results,which is of great significance to improve the physique and health of college students,and also provide a certain reference basis for the development of rope skipping in colleges and universities.Experimental results: through 12 weeks of rope skipping exercise experiment,using mathematical statistics software to analyze the effect of rope skipping exercise on the performance of college students' physical and health indicators.Through the data analysis before and after the experiment,the results of the study,body shape,There were no significant changes in height of boys(P > 0.05),no significant changes in body weight(P > 0.05),significant changes in body mass index(P < 0.01),no significant changes in height of girls(P > 0.05),significant changes in weight(P < 0.01),and body mass index(BMI)in girls.Significant changes occurred,P < 0.01;body In terms of physical quality,the subjects in the standing long jump,sitting in the front of the 50 meters running,closed eyes on one leg stand 1,000(male and800 meters)(female,pull-up(male,sit-up(female))a very significant change(p < 0.01);physical function,There were significant changes in vital capacity and step test index(P < 0.01)and no change in heart rate(P > 0.05).1.Rope skipping has no obvious influence on the height growth of college students;skipping exercise can control the weight of boys,reduce the body fat of girls,and achieve the effect of weight loss;it can also promote the development of college students' body mass index in a benign direction.2.Rope skipping exercise has a good effect on the development of upper limb strength.The grip strength and grip strength index increase.After the experiment,boys' chin-up performance has been improved.In terms of core strength,the results of women's sit-ups have been greatly improved after the experiment;in terms of lower limb strength,It can promote the development of the body's lower limb strength.After the experiment,the male and female students' standing and long jump performances are significantly improved.3.Rope skipping exercise has a positive effect on improving the reaction speed and moving speed.After the experiment,the 50-meter test subject's scores of male and female have improved in different degrees,and the speed quality has been improved.4.skipping exercise can enhance the heart and lung function,improve the cardiovascular system work efficiency,experimental subjects muscle fatigue resistance,1000/800 meters endurance project performance significantly.5.skipping exercise can improve the sensitivity of the balance receptors of the brain vestibule organ and the coordination of the whole body muscle movement,improve the performance of closed eyes single leg standing,and promote the healthy development of body coordination.6.skipping exercise can improve the range of motion of human joints and muscle,ligament and other soft tissue stretching ability,after the experiment,the subject's sitting body antegrade flexion results have been improved,the girls have significant experimental results.7.skipping exercise can have a strong student heart and lung function,improve college students' lung capacity.
