Research On The Construction Of Chinese University Culture In The New Era

"Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.When culture thrives,the country thrives,and when culture thrives,the nation thrives.University culture is the people in the long-term educational practice accumulation and become a unique form of social culture,has the education,guidance,cohesion,innovation,and other functions,as an important part of advanced social culture,the development direction of university culture led the social culture,to promote the construction of college education development,and cultural power,promote national cultural soft power,plays an important role.40 years of reform and opening-up,our country university cultural construction has made great achievements,but there are also many problems,such as:idea lag problem,insufficient input mechanism,evaluation standard and policy orientation problem,and so on,therefore,in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as guidance,to strengthen the construction of university culture,for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics cultivate first-class talents,provide spiritual motivation,in theory and practice is of great significance.Based on the background of the new era,this paper discusses the related contents of university culture and university culture construction,deeply studies and discusses the challenges,existing problems and cause analysis of university culture construction in the new era,and then puts forward the idea of promoting university culture construction in the new era.The article includes five aspects.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status,research methods and innovation points.The second chapter is an overview of university culture and cultural construction in the new era.This paper expounds the connotation and ch,aracteristics of the new era,then expounds the concept of university culture in the new era,the function and function of university culture,and finally expounds the content and principles of university culture construction.The third chapter is the focus of this paper,which mainly studies and discusses the challenges and existing problems of university culture construction in the new era.The fourth chapter puts forward the ideas of university culture construction in the new era.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
