Research On The Cultivation Of "Craftsman Spirit" In Higher Vocational Colleges

At present,China is moving from a “manufacturing country”to a “manufacturing power”and requires a large number of skilled workers with craftsmanship and excellent skills,which puts forward higher requirements for the students in higher vocational colleges.In the “Government Work Report”,Premier Li Keqiang clearly stated that in order to cultivate more Chinese craftsmen to create and inherit more world-famous Chinese brand,it is necessary to vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmanship,to build a culture of craftsmanship and to abide by professional ethics.As the cradle for cultivating technical talents in China,higher vocational colleges must regard craftsmanship as the basis of their morality,thus inheriting and cultivating the spirit of enterprising,innovation,pursuit of excellence and dedication to work.Besides,higher vocational colleges should research into the methods of fostering craftsmanship and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,so as to cultivate more talents with creativity and meet the needs of our country becoming more and more powerful.This paper mainly focuses on the research of cultivation towards craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of research objectives,innovation,and ways of research,the paper firstly discusses the historical significance and contemporary connotation of craftsmanship.At the same time,it carefully analyzed the cultivation value of craftsmanship which is the strategic need for “Made in China 2025”,the need to achieve the goal of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and to realize self-value of students.In the analyzing process,three major problems come out,which are lack of environment,lack of carriers and neglect of efficacy.This paper puts forward countermeasures for the cultivation of craftsmanship of the college students in higher vocational colleges from three aspects.They are creating an environment for cultivating craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges,building a cultivation carrier and improving the cultivation effect of craftsmanship.Through professional ethics education,project-based teaching methods,modern apprenticeship,school-enterprise cooperation,integration of innovation and entrepreneurship platform,this paper tries to build a bridge for students to practice,seek an effective carrier for craftsmanship cultivation and construct a new mode for talent cultivation.
