Secondary vocational students are the strengths of the skilled talents in China's modern construction industry,affecting the industrial upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,affecting the realization of China's goal of becoming a powerful nation,and relating to the realization of the strategic goal of “Made in China 2025”.In the final phase of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way,the leaders of the Party and the country attach great importance to vocational education and propose that efforts should be made to cultivate hundreds of millions of highly qualified workers and technical and technical personnel,and to cultivate the spirit of excellence in craftsmanship.At present,the spirit of artisans of secondary vocational students is lacking,and the employment situation is not optimistic.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the spirit of nurturing the artisans of secondary vocational students.The spirit of craftsmanship belongs to the category of professionalism.It is embodied in the belief that advocating labor,loving work and dedication,striving for excellence,being bold in innovation,and being honest and trustworthy,is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Secondary vocational education,as an important part of vocational education in China,has the responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled laborers.The quality of the graduates they train affects the quality of the industrial army in China and affects the development level of China's manufacturing industry.Therefore,cultivating the spirit of artisans of secondary vocational students can help secondary school graduates to fully realize their personal value of life,help secondary vocational schools cultivate large-scale artisan-style talents,help provide enterprises with high-skilled and highly-qualified labor force,and speed up manufacturing in China.The industrial upgrading of the industry will promote China's transformation from a "manufacturing power" to a "manufacturing powerhouse," and will eventually realize the strategic goal of "Made in China 2025."This article summarizes through a large amount of literature,and combines the characteristics of the times to clarify the scientific connotation of the craftsman's spirit.Taking the K school in Bozhou City as an example,through the methods of interviews,observations and other research methods,it is pointed out that the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmen in secondary vocational schools is unsatisfactory.Emphasis,cultivating form is relatively simple,lack of necessary carriers,lack of a good environment and other issues.This analyzes the lack of self-confidence in the development of artisan spirit in secondary vocational schools,the failure to form a craftsmanship cultivation system,the lack of dual-teacher teachers with the spirit of craftsmanship,and the complexity and special nature of students,lack of support from society,government,families,and companies.From these perspectives,we have explored ways to update theeducational philosophy,reshape the growth goals of secondary vocational students,optimize the content of spiritual education for craftsmen,innovate education methods,and form a multi-party cooperation guarantee to cultivate the spirit of artisans;To realize the value of life,accelerate the development of modern vocational education in China,promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries,build a “manufacturing powerhouse”,and promote the realization of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.
