Research basis: In recent years,the physical fitness of primary and secondary school students has gradually declined.On the contrary,the body's obesity and myopia rate have increased year by year.The heavy cultural class has led to a decrease in students' sleep time and a relatively reduced physical activity time,according to the winter season in Xi'an.The smog problem has become the primary concern of the society.In the worst case,the primary and secondary school students will be suspended,and outdoor sports activities will not be carried out.The jump rope is less restricted by the venue and can be carried out indoors,effectively solving the winter activities of the students.The problem is that the development of students' sensitivity does not appear to be a fault.Therefore,in response to the special environmental impact of Xi'an,how to improve the physical quality of students will definitely attract our attention.Research significance: This paper explores the sensitive quality of students aged10-12 in Xi'an through the skipping movement,tests the relevant data before and after the experiment,and analyzes the basic conditions of the students at this stage.The research value of this paper is based on the smog problem in winter in Xi'an.It is the primary concern of the society.In the most serious time,the primary and middle school students will be suspended,and outdoor sports activities will not be carried out.The jump rope is less restricted by the venue.Developed and effectively solved the problem of students' winter activities,so that the development of students' sensitivity will not be broken,and the problem of students' physical decline can be improved.This stage is selected as the research object.Students at this stage are the golden age of sensitive quality development.Therefore,exploring the sensitive quality of students at this stage has certain guiding significance for the development of motor skills.It can effectively lay a certain foundation for the formation of other sports in the later stage,and provide certain theoretical guidance for the formation of sports skills of primary and middle school students.Research Subjects and methods: In this experiment,two natural classes in the fifth and sixth grades of Xi gong da Jin yuan Primary School were selected for the study of60 subjects(male 30,female 30),before the start of the experiment,through the basic situation of the students.In the test,students with large differences in physical quality were excluded,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group for a control experiment of 16 weeks(5 trainings per week).Then,before and after the experiment,4×10 fold back run,quadrant jump,“cross” change run,repeated crossover,and timing vertical stay support were collected.Research results:(1)Before and after the experiment,the changes of the 4×10 m reentry run in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P?0.05).Among them,the boys in the control group had significant differences(P?0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the experimental results of the experimental group(P?0.01).Among them,the experimental results of male and female students in the experimental group were very significant(P?0.01).(2)The changes of the quadrant jumps of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,the experimental results of the control group showed significant difference(P ? 0.05),among which the male and female students in the control group had significant differences(P ? 0.05).There was a significant difference in scores(P ? 0.01).Among them,there were significant differences in the experimental scores of male and female students in the experimental group(P ? 0.01).(3)Before and after the experiment,the "cross" phase change of the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference in the experimental results(P? 0.05).Among them,the boys in the control group showed significant difference(P ?0.05),and the girls in the control group had no significant difference.There was a significant difference(P ? 0.01)in the experimental results of the experimental group(P? 0.01).Among them,there were significant differences in the experimental scores of male and female students in the experimental group(P ? 0.05).(4)There were significant differences in the experimental results between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P ? 0.05).Among them,there were significant differences in the experimental results between the boys and girls in the control group(P ? 0.01).There were significant differences in the experimental results of the group(P ? 0.01).Among them,there were significant differences in the experimental scores of the male and female students in the experimental group(P ? 0.01).(5)The changes of the timing of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were significantly different(P ? 0.05).Among them,the experimental results of the boys and girls in the control group were significantly different(P ? 0.01).There were significant differences in the experimental results of the experimental group(P ? 0.01).Among them,the experimental scores of the male and female students in the experimental group were very significant(P ? 0.01).Research conclusions:(1)After 16 weeks of experiment,the 4×10 m reentry run scores of theexperimental group and the control group were improved,but the test scores of the experimental group were more obvious than those of the control group.It shows that under the same conditions,the effective use of pattern skipping training can better promote the improvement of 4×10 meters return running.(2)After 16 weeks of experimentation,the results of the quadrant jumps of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different,and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group.It shows that under the same conditions,the use of pattern skipping training can promote the performance of quadrant jumping.(3)After 16 weeks of experiment,the results of the "cross" change of the experimental group and the control group were very significant,indicating that under the same conditions,the pattern skipping rope can promote the development of sensitive quality.(4)After 16 weeks of experimentation,the comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed different degrees of improvement,indicating that under the same conditions,the pattern skipping training promoted the students' repeated performance.(5)After 16 weeks of experiment,there was a significant difference in the scores of the chronograph vertical stays between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group showed that under the same conditions,the pattern skipping rope can promote the performance of the chronograph vertical stay.
