Research purposes: In the process of physical quality development of primary and secondary school students,the sensitive period of each quality development occurs at different times.To study whether the corresponding quality training during the sensitive period of an individual’s physical fitness will produce a better training effect than that during the non sensitive period.Through 10 weeks of speed quality training(or flexibility quality training)for junior primary school students(Grade 2),senior primary school students(Grade 5),junior middle school students(Grade 2),and senior high school students(Grade 2),This is to analyze whether the training effect of corresponding speed training in the sensitive period of speed quality development is better than that in the non sensitive period,whether the training effect of corresponding flexibility training in the sensitive period of flexibility quality development is better than that in the non sensitive period,and provide scientific and effective suggestions for promoting the rapid development of students’ physical quality.Research methods: mainly using literature,mathematical statistics,experiment,measurement and other research methods.Boys from primary and secondary schools in Nanjing and Suqian were selected.Students in each grade were divided into speed experimental group and control group,flexibility experimental group and control group,with 22 in each group.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks.The speed experiment group carried out speed quality training,and the flexibility experiment group carried out flexibility quality training.The control group received routine physical education courses without additional training.The students were tested before and after the experiment.The speed quality was tested by 50 meters running,and the flexibility quality was tested by sitting forward.All test indexes were processed and analyzed by Excel and SPSS.The data between groups before the experiment were analyzed by independent sample T test,and the data within groups before and after the experiment were analyzed by paired sample T test.Results:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the speed quality of the same age group in the 50 meter race results(P>0.05).(2)After 10 weeks,there was no significant improvement in the speed quality of the control group students(P>0.05),and the pre and post test scores of the experimental group students of all ages were significantly improved(P<0.05).(3)The change rates of the pre and post test results of the speed quality control group at different ages were 0.42%,0.80%,0.54% and0.46%,while the change rates of the pre and post test results of the speed quality experimental group were 2.26%,4.60%,3.64% and 2.29%.(4)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the results of sitting posture and forward bending of students of the same age group(P>0.05).(5)After 10 weeks,the flexibility quality of the control group students was significantly improved P.(6)The change rates of pre and post test results in the flexibility quality control group at different ages were 4.78%,3.97%,2.97%and 1.37% respectively,and the change rates of pre and post test results in the flexibility quality experimental group were 24.30%,20.96%,16.05% and 12.04%respectively.Research conclusions:(1)The speed quality of boys in primary and secondary schools develops rapidly in the upper grades of primary schools and middle schools.(2)The flexibility of primary and secondary school boys develops rapidly in primary and junior high schools,and the improvement rate of boys’ flexibility quality in the whole primary and secondary school stage will gradually slow down with age.(3)Whether it is natural growth or training,the flexibility quality of boys in primary and secondary schools has been improved significantly,while the speed quality is difficult to produce very significant changes in a short time.(4)The boys in the sensitive period of speed or flexibility are trained with the corresponding speed or flexibility,and the training effect is better than that of the boys in the non sensitive period.
