With the completion of the “three links and two platforms” project in rural schools,digital education resources are continuously enriched,and the information-based teaching environment is gradually improved.Traditional teaching can no longer meet the development needs of students in the information age,forcing teachers to continuously improve their professional ability to cope.At present,through the establishment of network master studios,local activities to carry out the "old belt new,pass the band" activities,not only use the public service platform of educational resources,to add new ways to the professional development of teachers,but also to expand the influence of local teachers education and education,It has effectively promoted the construction of rural teachers,especially young teachers,and improved the quality of teaching in rural areas.This paper uses literature surveys,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys to construct a promotion strategy for the professional development of young teachers in rural areas,and to test the application effect of promotion strategies in rural young teachers.First of all,using a series of core vocabulary such as “teacher professional development”,“famous teacher studio” and “famous teacher network studio” to conduct literature search and status analysis,sort out other scholars' research on the professional development of rural(youth)teachers,and analyze teacher professional.Problems and reasons in the development process.Secondly,interviews and research on the local teaching and research staff,network teachers and other relevant personnel,and explore the applicability,resource matching degree and application effect of the famous teacher network studio in rural schools.Thirdly,sum up the problems that arise in the process of teacher professional development,understand the teachers' willingness to use the famous teacher network studio,and put forward the principle and strategy of applying the famous teacher network studio to the rural youth teachers' professional development,and carry out the experiment before the application according to the proposed strategy.Prepare work and develop evaluation indicators for professional development of teachers.Finally,according to the design plan,the relevant experiments were carried out on the platform of the famous teacher network studio,and the experimental results were evaluated and analyzed by the scale,and the conclusions of the experiment were obtained.Through experimental research,the strategy proposed in this paper has a positive effect on the professional development of rural young teachers.At the same time,the promotion of teacher professional knowledge is lower than other aspects,and needs to be improved and strengthened in subsequent research.By summarizing and forecasting the above research,the new strategies and research methods proposed by the thesis on the professional development of young teachers in rural areas can be further applied to the professional development of teachers in different regions,providing some reference and reference for other researchers.
