The teacher studio is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers.By giving full play to the exemplary,leading and radiating role of distinguished teacher,a platform for teacher communication,development and innovation has been established,lead more teachers to achieve professional development.Promoted the promotion of education and teaching quality and balanced development of basic education.But at the same time,there are some problems and inadequacies in the study and practice of the teacher studio,which restrict the professional development of teachers to some extent.Therefore,this study aims to explore the concept and application of infiltration of educational technology in the context of educational informatization,so as to improve the research and study effect of the teacher studios.First of all,by reading relevant literature,this study aims to understand the research status of teacher studios in China,and on this basis,to conduct on-site research in teacher studios.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,observation method and interview method,the research and study effect of teachers studio is investigated to rationally analyze the research and study effect and existing problems and deficiencies.In the teaching system design theory under the guidance of the use of modern educational technology means for the existing problems put forward countermeasures.Finally,the blended learning method based on network learning platform through is piloted.Through the interview data and relevant data generated in the research and study process,the trial situation is analyzed.Verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the hybrid study method based on network learning platform through.And make further improvementSuggestions in order to improve the effect of the teacher studio and promote the professional development of teachers.Through the above research,it is found that the hybrid study based on network learning platform can indeed make up for the traditional face-to-face study in the teacher studio to some extent.Enhance the communication between teachers,enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of teachers research and study.It provides reference and ideas for other regions to carry out hybrid research activities based on network learning platform.
