With the deepening of the new curriculum reform process,higher requirements have been put forward for teachers' professional development.The history course has incomparable value in cultivating students' sense of family and country and enhancing students' sense of responsibility.In order to change the unpopularity of history in middle schools and improve the level of history education,it is necessary to promote the professional development of history teachers in middle schools.At present,the appearance of the famous history teacher's studio enriches the professional development of history teachers in middle schools and plays an important role in cultivating backbone history teachers and promoting teaching reform.This study of the history of four market of northern masters studio as the main research object,through the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on history teacher studio form of four market of northern,activities,the role of the professional development of middle school history teachers and explore the existing problems,and in other parts of the history of four market of northern to studio operation and high school history teacher teacher professional development activities to provide the reference.On the basis of studying the research status at home and abroad,the author analyzes the questionnaire of history teachers in middle schools and finds out the problems existing in the professional development of history teachers in SI middle schools,which has certain reference and warning significance for the professional development of history teachers in middle schools.Aimed at the problems existing in the high school history teacher professional development,to as a "learning community" history teacher studio the forming background,personnel structure,management mechanism and to carry out the activities,such as analysis of the historical teacher studio in promoting the role of the middle school history teacher professional development of,for ordinary high school history teacher professional development to provide feasible reference path.At present,SI famous history teacher studio has played a great role in promoting the professional development of history teachers in middle schools.However,from the perspective of the running process of SI famous history teacher studio and the results of the questionnaire,there are also some problems that need to be solved.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire,the author puts forward some thoughts and Suggestions.
