Investigation And Research On The Present Situation Of Shooting Events In Chengdu Middle Schools

Reserve talents are the sub-cells of the growing team of competitive sports talents,the ballast stone of sustainable development of competitive sports activities,and the source of cultivating reserve shooting talents in middle schools.Only by objectively and accurately understanding the current situation and shortcomings of shooting in middle schools can we effectively promote the incubation of reserve shooting talents.Chengdu has always been an important city for the development of shooting in China.It has nurtured a number of elite athletes,such as Liu Tianyou,Lanxing,Hao Rui,Fan Shuling,Peng Xinyi and Huang Zhihui,and has made outstanding contributions to promoting the leap-forward development of shooting in China.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the research of shooting development in Chengdu Middle School and maintain the sustainable development of shooting reserve talents.This paper takes the present situation of shooting in Chengdu middle schools as the object of study.The subjects of investigation are the coaches and student athletes of the shooting training middle schools in Chengdu.Through the methods of documentation,on-the-spot investigation,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a thorough investigation on shooting athletes,coaches,teaching situation,venues and facilities of the six middle schools in Chengdu.For:(1)Athletes' cultural learning management is arbitrary and lacks corresponding top-level design.It relies solely on the independent management of middle schools and parents in which students are enrolled.There is no unified and complete management policy to maintain the long-term imbalance between training and education.As a result,most athletes' culture concentrates on training and neglects learning,thus missing the golden period of cultural learning.(2)The structure of shooting instructors in Chengdu Middle School is still in the middle and lower reaches.Most of them are athletes who enter school directly after retirement.They have high level of sports skills and rich experience in project practice.At the same time,their educational background is generally not high,and their cultural theory knowledge and professional theoretical basis are not enough.The age structure of coaches is mainly in the middle,big and small,lacking in youth and young.Middle-aged and well-grouped senior coaches,senior coaches think their experience to young coaches,a central force concentrated in middle-aged,they have rich coaching experience.Young coaches are energetic and have strong imitative ability,but lack of teaching experience,so they need to strengthen their teaching ability and find a more perfect training method.Find a better way to train.Material selection and training are still lagging behind,lacking a unified,comprehensive and reasonable method of selecting materials,and the docking between job training and coaches' daily needs is not in place.(3)Sports project management involves a wide range of tasks.The actual management of shooting events in Chengdu middle schools is loose and prominent.There is still a self-conceited consciousness in ideology,a phenomenon of "one sand,difficult to concentrate" in system,and the action of "maintaining the status quo and not innovating" in operation,which seriously hinders the transformation,development and leap of shooting events in Chengdu.Development.(4)The allocation of shooting venues and facilities directly affects the training quality of athletes.Through on-the-spot investigation,we know that hardware facilities such as shooting venues and gun equipment in Chengdu Middle School are lagging behind,especially in equipment maintenance and financial support,which can no longer meet the needs of different personnel training.In order to cultivate reserve talents and promote the sustainable development of shooting in Chengdu Middle School,the following suggestions are put forward according to the investigation:(1)Pay attention to the cultural education of athletes.To carry out training and learning "double track" management,Chengdu Sports Bureau,according to the actual situation,formulates and promulgates normative documents such as reasonably launching shooting teaching in middle schools,improves the learning atmosphere and learning methods of athletes,and promotes the double improvement of athletes' professional and knowledge level.(2)Encourage and support coaches to study in-service and obtain corresponding undergraduate and postgraduate degrees;establish a series of incentive mechanisms for coaches,with the main purpose of stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of the main body,break the current situation of no incentives for grass-roots coaches to transfer team members to their superiors,absorb high-end talents;increase the training and transportation of coaches,and develop shooting in middle schools in a balanced way.Sports;Establish a unified,comprehensive and reasonable method of selecting reserve talents;Strengthen on-the-job training according to the knowledge needs of coaches in practical training.(3)Improving the project management mechanism.Adhere to the national system,implement the "national chess game",give full play to the advantages of the system and realize the long-term development of the project;adhere to the intensive management of the sports team to ensure the maximum benefits of project management;adhere to the dynamic management of the project,including coach management,athlete management and scientific research personnel management;continue to innovate the management and operation mechanism of the national team,and comprehensively accelerate the construction of the compound training team.Improving the motive force of project development.(4)Improve training hardware facilities.To further enhance the awareness that the allocation of shooting venues and equipment directly affects the training quality of athletes,to increase the maintenance of existing equipment,to extend the service life,to increase the investment in the renewal of training equipment,to ensure the effectiveness of training Zhuoer,and to contribute to the training of shooting talents in Chengdu.
