In the 2016 National Conference of Ideological and Political Education Work,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is "to utilize new technology and new media to vitalize and promote the integration of traditional ideological and political work advantages with information technology so as to enhance the sense of times and attraction." As the main channel of ideological and political education,how can ideological and political theory courses face the impact of new media and combine the former education curriculum content with positive and fresh new media technology,in order to enhance classroom appeal and increase the timeliness of the course is a very urgent and practical problem that needs to be solved at present.Based on higher vocational education and higher vocational students' characteristics,this paper first illustrates the positive role of new media on the ideological and political from the former's openness,flexibility,equality and interaction;it also combines with the new media's barrier free,virtually and complexity features to conduct an in-depth analysis of the negative effects that it may bring to the higher vocational ideological and political coursesThe main body of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges--the media literacy of teachers is an important factor in reform.The media literacy of higher vocational ideological and political course teachers includes four aspects: media cognitive literacy,media literacy,media critical literacy and media creative literacy.To enhance the media literacy of teachers,we should develop clear objectives of media literacy,and through training and competition,letting the teachers master the related knowledge and familiar with new media application tools,so that they can shift between the traditional and new media teaching.This paper also conducts research on ideological and political course teaching of new media carrier platform MOOC and VK.This paper comprehensively analyzes the influence of MOOC class on the ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges,dialectically looks forward to the prospect of the course in higher vocational colleges,and demonstrates the construction strategy of the course.This paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of VK course in ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges,and points out its application strategies mainly contain conforming to the development trend,adapting appropriate development of curriculum strategies and strengthening teaching feedback strategies.Finally,from three aspects of the teaching system organization,teaching evaluation system and academic evaluation system,this study elaborates the existing problems and suggestions,which expounds the revised teaching system and the wish of establishing a higher ideological and political course reform security system.
