At present,China's dairy consumer market,especially the campus market,has great potential and needs further development and mining.College students have a large base group and unique consumption characteristics,and their consumption behavior is also affected by many factors.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to understand college students' dairy consumption behaviors and preferences,to understand college students' understanding of dairy products and consumption habits,to correctly guide college students to consume dairy products,and to expand market demand.At the same time,it also provides reference for dairy companies correcting marketing strategies and improving dairy quality.This study selects the main factors affecting college students' dairy consumption,and uses questionnaires and field visits to study the college students' consumption in the Urumqi region.Through the characteristics of dairy consumption of college students,including cognitive level behavior habits and cognition of dairy consumption channels and systematic analysis of the importance of dairy products and the improvement of the dairy and dairy markets,and using statistical analysis of variance to draw the following conclusions:(1)There is a certain difference in the awareness and consumption level of dairy consumption among college students,and there are some differences in the process of dairy consumer perception among different gender students.Factor analysis of the impact on dairy consumption indicates that college students generally believe that nutrients are the most important,followed by taste and brand.(2)Through comprehensive analysis,this study considers that product brand,type,product price,drinking time period,purchasing convenience and cognitive channels are the main factors affecting college students' consumption of dairy products.In addition,the drinking habits and awareness of college students of different genders also affect the consumption of dairy products.Finally in order to improve the consumption level of dairy products and improve the quality of dairy products,the suggestions are as follows.Enhances technological innovation,expands the scale of the industry;Expands brand influence,and enhances consumer brand loyalty;Formulate relevant laws and regulations,Regulate the dairy market;Understand the consumption demand of college students' dairy products,accurately grasp the campus consumer market;Strengthen the supervision and management of dairy products and technical guidance,and enhance the satisfaction of college students;...
