<The Golden Mean of the Confucian School> emphasizes the important role of education in the development of human beings,and its educational thought embodies the characteristics of humanism,and excavates this problem from the perspective of educational philosophy.Exploring its application strategy in the field of early childhood education is of guiding significance to the current problems of early childhood education.<The Golden Mean of the Confucian School> lays the foundation of ancient Chinese educational thought and the foundation of ancient Chinese educational philosophy.As an important moral standard of Confucianism and the highest standard of dealing with people in the world,it has a profound influence on the spiritual quality of Chinese people.The humanistic philosophy of education in <The Golden Mean of the Confucian School> is worthy of further study and discussion,and it can provide a good strategy for the present early childhood education.This paper takes educational philosophy as theoretical support,uses text analysis,literature research method and speculative method,starting with the educational thought of <The Golden Mean of the Confucian School>,and makes an in-depth analysis of its humanism education philosophy from three angles:The first part explains the rationality of humanistic education philosophy guiding preschool education.The humanistic education thought in <The Golden Mean of the Confucian School> has a profound history,and it is the inheritance and development of the Confucian thought.Its philosophy of human-centered education is based on the idea of humanistic education.The predicament of preschool education in our country is in urgent need of the educational theory and ideas with the nature of the mother body of Chinese culture,and the humanistic education thought in <The Golden Mean of the Confucian School> has a very high philosophical value of education,and it coincides with the concept of preschool education in our country.This constitutes the rationality of its application in the field of early childhood education in China.The second part,based on the humanistic philosophy of education in <The Golden Mean of the Confucian School>,puts forward the theoretical guidance of its application in early childhood education.The idea of Nature,Search for Self and Mend the Way of Act,it enlightens early childhood education,explains its philosophy tradition of humanism education,and advocates the philosophy of humanism education of children,which should be as it should be.Balance between Heaven and humanity in the philosophy of Humanistic Education for Children.Taking Commonplace,Harmonious and the Unity of Knowing and Doing as the ideological roots,this paper gives guidance to preschool teachers,and discusses the teaching links in which they attach importance to the common art of humanism teaching,develop a neutral style of human-based teaching,practice learning,asking,thinking,arguing and acting to promote early childhood teachers.The third part presents the practical strategy of the humanistic philosophy of education in <The Golden Mean of the Confucian School> on early childhood education in the way of concrete activity cases and strategic suggestions.At the level of early childhood education strategy,based on the Nature humanistic philosophy of education,the author puts forward teaching strategies to enhance the children's self-confidence in the course of their actions.Through the guidance of the humanistic educational philosophy of Search for Self,the teaching strategy of raising the level of self-esteem of children in trying to improve the level of self-respect is put forward.According to the humanistic philosophy of Mend the Way of Act,the teaching strategy of stimulating creative thinking of children in thinking is put forward.And the three strategies are given specific operation cases.At the level of preschool teachers' development,this paper puts forward some suggestions for teachers' education.Through perfecting the teachers' educational psychology,establishing the educational ecological circle of the preschool teachers,the author regards Learning,Asking,Thinking,Arguing and Acting as the standard of reflecting the quality of educational activities.In order to improve the education level of preschool teachers,so as to create more quality early childhood education.
