With the continuous reform of China's medical system,the public's requirements for medical technology and the quality of nursing services are constantly improving,nurses often face overloaded amount of work,high-intensity mental and physical labor.If the nurse's work pressure is not relieved,it will not only affect their physical and mental health,but also reduce the quality of nursing services,and is not conducive to keep a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.The hospital selected in this study is a third-grade class-A general hospital.The survey respondents include nurses from 11 departments.Through the nurses' self-evaluation results to analyze the nurses' work pressure levels,and the NJSI is used to show the top ten nurses' work stressors.In addition,interviews are used to gain insight into their main work pressures from different sources.The research results show that the nurses in the hospital are under great work pressure.The main work pressure comes from the inconvenience of hospital facilities,the inhumanity of the management system,the intensity of work,the limited development of occupations,the incompatibility of nurses and patients,and family-work.The seven parts of the role conflict and low professional recognition.The author provides services for nurses under working pressure by carrying out specific case work.This not only expands the research and service fields of social work,but also shows that social work methods can effectively alleviate the work stress of nurses,and hope to provide reference for social workers in future practice exploration.This article mainly explains the problems studied through five chapters.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the research background and significance of the article,literature review,theoretical basis and research ideas.The second part analyzes the nurses' work pressure and social network support in X Hospital of Xinzhou City,and through field observation and interviews.The method is to understand the main work pressure of the nurse;the third part introduces the necessity and feasibility analysis of the case work;the fourth part is the main content of the paper.The author has carried out specific services to relieve the nurses' work pressure through the case work method.And the evaluation of the effect of the case work;the fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations,from the organization and the individual to provide some suggestions and countermeasures to ease the nurses' work pressure.
