Case Study To Ease The Mental Stress Of Returning Women

The return of rural famous workers in China is high,the proportion of female migrant workers returning to their hometowns has increased,and the rural returning female groups have received much attention.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the mental stress of returning females.Through the field visit investigation,this study selected a case from the 40-50 year old women returning from the M village as the research object.Through interviews and observations,we can understand the current situation of the mental stress of the women returning from the M village.It is learned that women in returning homes generally have mental stress problems,such as insufficient communication skills,worry about going out to work,children's lives,family status and other issues.Through the compilation of interview data,the author analyzes the mental stress problems faced by rural returning women.The author believes that the mental stress problems of women returning from M village have the following characteristics,such as habitual escape,negative entertainment activities;formula communication,family exchange cavitation;incompetent persistence,obvious characteristics of self-abandonment;suspicion thinking,poor interpersonal relationship,etc.These characteristics can easily lead to depression,anxiety,self-deprecation and harm to their health.From the perspective of social work,this paper uses casework work methods to intervene in research,mainly focusing on four dimensions of mental stress: self-evaluation,family conflict,entertainment activities,and physical health to design service activities.In the service process,guided by the theory of social ecosystem and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,the case help the client solve the problem and carry out case service to help the client improve his self-solving ability and stimulate his life's confidence.Using the professional methods of individual social work,we will provide services to the mental stress of returning women.In terms of effectiveness evaluation,we mainly use psychological scales,observation methods and interview methods to evaluate the changes of the clients and the achievement of service targets.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on the whole service process,assesses the intervention effect of the case social work,and can effectively solve the problem for the service object.Although social work is an effective means to solve the problem of women's mental stress in returning home,it is still necessary to work together with many forces to completely solve the problem of women's mental stress in rural return.
