| With the advancement of marketization and globalization,state-owned enterprises,private enterprises and enterprises of various ownership are booming.As a by-product of social development,enterprises are also facing increasing competitive pressure.While creating value for enterprises,employees are affected by many aspects,and work pressure also follows.The government and enterprises have also made a series of measures to ensure the physical and mental health development of enterprise employees.At the same time,management,sociology,economics and other disciplines have conducted in-depth research to alleviate employee pressure.With the development of social work specialty,corporate social work as a professional service began to enter the enterprise.There are many research results on enterprise employee work stress management abroad,and the domestic research results are gradually enriched in recent years.This article takes Hefei W Company as an example to discuss the practical research of corporate social work intervention in corporate employees’ work stress relief.The research content is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Introduced the background and significance of the research in this article,as well as the research results on alleviating employee pressure at home and abroad,and defined related concepts.At the same time,the author’s research based on Maslow’s needs is introduced.Hierarchical theory and social support theory are the theoretical basis,introducing the author’s research ideas and specific research methods.The second part is the analysis of the work pressure of the employees of Hefei W company and the causes of the problems.On the basis of the survey results,the author introduces the general situation of W company and the basic situation of the survey objects,and analyzes the work pressure performance of W company employees and the analysis of the causes on this basis.problem.,And evaluate the various needs of employees at the same time.Based on the survey results,the author analyzes the necessity and possibility of corporate social work intervention in W company’s employee stress relief,and analyzes its necessity and feasibility from the perspectives of employee stress reality,social work professional values,professional theory,and scientificity.method.The third part is the practical process of case social work intervention in employees’ work pressure relief.On the basis of case work service process,case work skills are used to provide enterprise employees with professional case services.The fourth part is about the practice process of group social work intervention in employee stress relief,exercise group work skills,and provide employees with supportive group services according to the group work process.The fifth part summarizes the author’s practical experience and shortcomings of social work intervention in W company employees’ work stress relief. |
