Anxiety is the emotion generated by the contradiction between the expectation and reality of the subject,which will have a certain impact on the cognitive system.Mathematics is a cognitive learning process based on the representation of abstract symbols,which shows a certain processing damage due to excessive anxiety.In the high school stage,the amount of mathematics knowledge has increased sharply,and the logical thinking is more strict than that of elementary and junior high schools.The high school girls are in adolescence,the personality is sensitive,the emotions are fluctuating,and the social cognition that girls are more difficult than boys to learn mathematics.Girls are more likely to have mathematical anxiety during mathematics learning.This paper firstly combs the relevant literature on mathematics anxiety,and then based on the interview with the first-line mathematics teachers and high school girls,the "High School Girls Mathematical Anxiety Scale" was formulated,with Sangzhi County No.1 Middle School,No.4 Middle School and Helong Middle School.High school girls are the research subjects,mainly from the mathematical anxiety level distribution,the relationship between mathematics anxiety and mathematics scores and the main influencing factors of mathematics anxiety to investigate the mathematics anxiety of high school girls.Through data processing,the results show that about 74.6% of high school girls are in moderate mathematics anxiety level,that is,most high school girls are still in the range of moderate mathematics anxiety;high school girls' mathematics anxiety level has a significant negativecorrelation with mathematics scores,namely mathematics The better the score,the lower the level of mathematics anxiety;from the correlation analysis,the mathematics achievement expectation value of the girl,the mathematics learning attention of the parents to the girl,the mathematics teacher teaching style,the mathematics teacher evaluation method and the class atmosphere and the girl's There is a significant positive correlation between mathematics anxiety level,that is,the higher the mathematics achievement expectation value of girls,the higher the mathematics anxiety level;the higher the attention of parents on the mathematics learning of girls,the higher the level of mathematics anxiety;the more serious the mathematics teacher's teaching style The rigidness of mathematics anxiety for girls is higher.The more the mathematics teacher's evaluation method is limited to the final evaluation,the higher the mathematics anxiety level of girls;the more intense the competition atmosphere of class learning,the higher the level of mathematics anxiety.Through multiple linear regression and interview analysis,this paper concludes that the main influencing factors of mathematics anxiety of high school girls are from the strong to the weak,the mathematics achievement expectation value of girls,the mathematics learning attention of parents to girls,the teaching style of teachers,the evaluation style of teachers and the class atmosphere.These five variables can explain about 78% of the mathematics anxiety of high school girls.Finally,according to the above main influencing factors,the specific measures and countermeasures to alleviate the mathematics anxiety of high school girls from the perspective of teachers are put forward.
