In recent years,the educational and psychological circles have concerned the problem of senior high school students' mathematical anxiety very much.Mathematical anxiety is a special subject anxiety.The inappropriate mathematical anxiety is unfavorable to students' physical and mental development and math learning.Hence,to understand the high school students' mathematical anxiety and put forward corresponding strategies to improve the mathematical anxiety are worth exploring and studying deeply.On the basis of the previous researches,this study has drafted a questionnaire of senior high school students' mathematics anxiety with good reliability and validity.Through the survey of senior high school students' mathematics anxiety,as well as the interviews with teachers and students and the observation in class,this paper discusses senior high school students' mathematics anxiety.It includes the differences between senior high school students' mathematics anxiety and performance,grade,gender and the counties and cities where they come.The specific conclusions are as follows: Firstly,senior high school students have a certain degree of mathematical anxiety in this research.Students' mathematical test anxiety is the most obvious among the other dimensions;Secondly,the degree of senior high school students' mathematical anxiety varies from grade to grade,the degree of senior one students is the most serious,followed by the senior two,senior three students have the lightest degree;Thirdly,the degree of male students' mathematics anxiety is higher than that of the female students;fourthly,the degree of the county-level students' mathematical anxiety is higher than that of the city-level students.According to the formation reason of mathematics anxiety of senior high school students and mathematical learning situation,this paper puts forward teaching strategies to improve senior high school students' mathematical anxiety.From teachers' point of view,this paper puts forward targeted teaching strategies,to create a harmonious classroom teaching environment,improve students' learning ability and thinking ability,develop students' ability to solve problems and build reasonable evaluating systems.Promote the common development of teaching and learning between teachers and students,reduce students' mathematical anxiety,and increase students' confidence in math learning and learning enthusiasm.Through the examination in the actual teaching process,this paper finds out that the teaching strategies proposed in this study are conducive to improving students' mathematical anxiety and mathematical performance.The problem of mathematical anxiety is worth every educator to concern.I hope this paper is helpful to the teaching work of the school and students' math study.I also hope to attract more attention from math teachers and conduct a more extensive and in-depth research on them.
