Teachers are the key factors affecting students' healthy development of students in school education,especially primary and secondary school teachers.Facing the growing young students,teachers' sense of teaching effectiveness plays a key role in the teaching process,which can be said to directly affect students' physical and mental development of students.Leadership style,as an important environmental variable,plays an important guiding role in the enthusiasm for primary and secondary school teachers' work.Research showed that excellent organizations almost all benefit from a common vision that was in line with the trend of social development and core values.Visionary leadership can construct a common vision of the organization,thus affecting the performance of the members of the organization.In the past research in the field of education,when it came to the influence relationship between effectiveness and visionary leadership,people's attention was focused on the management and operation of enterprises,but neglected the teacher group,especially in primary and secondary schools.Therefore,this study explored the relationship between vision leadership and primary and secondary school teachers' teaching efficacy,which was of great significance to promote the improvement of primary and secondary school teachers' teaching effectiveness.Based on the social exchange theory,406 primary and secondary school teachers in Changsha,Xiangtan,Zhangjiajie,Yueyang and Jishou of Hunan Province were investigated by questionnaires.Through correlation analysis,regression analysis,mediation and moderation effect test,the relationship between visionary leadership and primary and secondary school teachers' teaching efficacy of was explored,as well as the role of supervisor's organizational embodiment;organizational commitment.The results showed that:(1)Visionary leadership had a significant positive effect on primary and secondary school teachers' teaching effectiveness;(2)Visionary leadership had a significant positive effect on primary and secondary school teachers' organizational commitment;(3)Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on primary and secondary school teachers' teaching effectiveness;(4)Organizational commitment had a partial mediating effect between visionary leadership and primary and secondary school teachers' teaching effectiveness;(5)Supervisor' s organizational embodiment had a moderating effect between visionary leadership and primary and secondary school teachers' organizational commitment;(6)Supervisor' s organizational embodiment moderated the mediating process of the influence of visionary leadership on primary andsecondary school teachers' teaching effectiveness through organizational commitment,thus showed the mediated-moderation effect.Conclusion: Visionary leadership affected primary and secondary school teachers' teaching effectiveness through organizational commitment,and this relationship was moderated by supervisor' s organizational embodiment,that was,the higher the level of supervisor' s organizational embodiment,the stronger the relationship between visionary leadership and primary and secondary school teachers' organizational commitment.
