The sense of professional belonging is an important manifestation of the link between individual and occupation,and an important source of motivation for individual work.However,in the existing research,there are some shortcomings,such as insufficient attention to nurses and one-sided research on nurses.On the basis of previous studies,this study used literature and questionnaire to analyze the differences of caregivers' sense of professional belonging,and to explore the impact path of the differences.Specifically,by consulting the relevant literature,the theoretical model of occupational belonging is constructed.Then,by using questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis software,the structure of the theoretical model is tested,and the differences and influence paths of data analysis are further utilized.The results show that the sense of occupational belonging is a first-order five-factor,second-order one-factor structure,which includes five juxtaposition first-order factors: professional loyalty,professional mission,professional identity,professional involvement andprofessional emotion,and then five first-order factors together constitute the second-order factor of professional belonging.There are significant differences in nurses' sense of professional belonging among different kindergartens,age,educational background,establishment,length of service,time to come to kindergartens and professional qualifications.In addition,there is a significant interaction between the establishment and kindergarten types,that is,public staffing,public non-staffing,private formal employees,private informal employees among the four groups will also have significant differences.The four factors of professional income,professional equity,professional environment and professional status will directly affect the components of caregivers' sense of professional belonging,and the three factors of professional income,professional equity and professional status will directly and indirectly affect the overall sense of professional belonging of caregivers.In order to improve caregivers' sense of professional belonging,it is necessary to start from the three levels of government,kindergartens and individuals.Taking the government as the leading factor,we should perfect the existing policies,grant appropriate post allowances and carryout the pilot project of nursing specialty in Colleges and universities;take kindergartens as the leading factor,we should adhere to hierarchical management,strengthen the post-service training of nurses,establish communication mechanism,reform the establishment system and optimize the evaluation system;take individuals as the leading factor,nurses should strengthen self-summary and establish firm professional beliefs.
