Professional is the foundation of the students ’future life and work, and professional sense of belonging is not only related to students’ perception of their professional identity and level of commitment, but also to the emotional experience and attitudes of students interact with professional stakeholders. As students can not find a sense of belonging in a professional learning, which leads to the profession has lost its appeal to students, while the impact of the students a sense of belonging is diverse and complex. in this study, researcher attempted to analyze the professional graduate sense of belonging and its influence factors, against the graduate groups in the "embarrassment zone", order to the professional of Education Economics and Management for example.In this study,on the basis of the analysis in the literature, researcher proposed the concept of the professional sense of belonging. Through interviews, questionnaires and other research methods and project analysis and statistical methods, researcher prepared the questionnaire of Professional sense of belonging, which has the high reliability and validity.On the basis of analysis of the questionnaire (n=270), researcher analyzed the professional sense of belonging of graduate from a sense of belonging of professional identity and professional emotional sense of belonging, and the result is that Educational Economy and Management postgraduates professional sense of belonging to total is in the medium slightly off level. But there are some differences of gender, students, the undergraduate major, graduate students their academic type, grade, and whether to participate in academic activities.By the method of document analysis and interviews, researcher analyzed and summarized these differences, concluded that factors that affect the professional sense of belonging of the Educational Economy and Management postgraduates are diverse, including graduate professional to their own circumstances as well as professional learning stakeholders. On the basis of the status and impact factors, this research proposed a reflection for improving the professional level of a sense of belonging, both the Graduate students where the school and postgraduate own..
