"Competence " is the quality that someone who can keep the consistency with the role or the organization’s goals, competence model can distinguish the qualified and disqualified person by providing clear details. Nursery workers’ competence is a potential features for care teachers who can effectively or well complete the work, for the evaluators who can use specific indicators and measurement tools to determine them whether qualified. Nursery workers, as a one who belong to the group of the early childhood teachers, are important for children on their habits. So, it is an important guarantee for the nursery workers’ development on their professional ethics, professional skills and professional knowledge, it is also the basis on their daily work. Existing competence’s researches are mostly to the enterprise staffs, teachers in colleges and universities or primary and secondary schools,the researches on kindergarten teachers are rising recently.At present,the studies of competence about nursery workers are still in blank. Therefore, there are important theoretical and practical significance to investigate the competence’s structure and characteristics, to have a systematic analysis combined with the case.Research the I through the study of existing literature review and arrange,on this basis,through interviews, observation and other methods,to preparation the initial questionnaire‘competency research about nursery workers of kindergarten’.And use the compile the initial questionnaires to investigate 159 nursery workers in Shenyang of Liaoning has carried on the investigation and research, and the exploratory factor analysis showed that the structure of the questionnaire including intel motivation and Professional ethics, professional skills,professional basic skills,professional knowledge.Upon examination, the questionnaire table’s coefficient is 0.933, total S- B 1/2 correlation coefficient is 0.868, the factors of a coefficient is between 0.753-0.874, the factor of 1/2 the correlation coefficient is between 0.708-0.873.Finally,formal which is formed to investigate 209 nursery workers in Shenyang.And conducted in-depth interview to 12 nurses,specific research results as follows:Overall, the level of nursery workers competency at a higher level;The nurse education,working years,type exists significant differences in the competence overall level of nurse workers.Look from all dimensions, there is a significant difference in ternal motivation and in professional ethics on nurse education;The nurse professional skills exist significant difference on the working years;The nurse professional skills exist significant differences in teaching age;The nurse professional internal motivation and professional ethics,professional skill and basic skills, exist significant differences in types of faculty;The nurse professional knowledge exist significant differences in the nature of the kindergarten.Look from the various project levels, internal motivation and professional ethics in the professional this factors, various project levels from high to low is in order is:a teacher by worthy example,unity and cooperation,professional internal motivation,Love work and dedication;Nurse’s education knowledge score is slightly higher than that of children health care knowledge score in professional knowledge factor;In professional skills,work ability、early childhood care ability、self control ability,class item management ability;in basic skills,observation、random strain capacity,communication ability.Research the II, to choose a qualified from a nurse private kindergarten and a public kindergarten,respectively.And using the method such as interview, observation and physical analysis to study the case of two nurse competency.The result shows that the two nurse have strong professional internal motivation,high professional ethics level and professional skill mastery, higher basic skills,professional knowledge level is general,thus they are competent for the work.Therefore,in order to improve the nurse competency, it can should from the personal professional development,kindergarten management mechanism,a nurse pre-school education policy as the breakthrough point to improve the three aspects of its competence level.
