In the 21 st century,core literacy education has increasingly attracted global attention and has become the basis of educational policies and reforms in many countries or regions.Core literacy started late in China's education,but it developed rapidly.With the passage of time,the research on core literacy is deepening day by day,and some problems are gradually exposed to researchers.The research on core literacy in our country mainly focuses on theoretical research such as the definition of core literacy,but there are few studies on how to apply core literacy to actual classroom teaching.Instructional design is the teacher's arrangement and practice in advance,and it is an important part of teaching practice.The establishment of instructional design based on the cultivation of geographic core literacy is the first and crucial step for the implementation of geographic core literacy into the classroom.On the basis of a large number of documents,this study is based on the Geography textbook of compulsory one of Hunan Education Eidition for senior high school,and under the guidance of Dewey's empirical epistemology paradigm,constructivism,communication theory and integrity principle,to analyze the distribution of geographic core literacy in the Geography textbook of compulsory one of Hunan Education Eidition for senior high school,as well as the internal relationship between geographic core literacy and instructional design.The implementation of geographic core literacy into the classroom requires teachers to set up the teaching process according to the different cultivating paths of core literacy in instructional design.Through a questionnaire survey,the current situation of instructional design for geography teachers in senior high schools is understood,and the following problems are found in the instructional design for teachers:Teachers need to improve their cognitive level and cultivation ability of geographic core literacy,the enthusiasm of organizing geographical practice activities is not high,the teaching methods are single,and the teaching evaluation lacks the assessment of geographic core literacy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of instructional design for the cultivation of geographic core literacy,combined with its own practice,this paper puts forward that the process of instructional design based on the cultivation of geographic core literacy is proposed to set the instructional target of geographic coreliteracy,creating teaching situation,developing student-centered teaching process,and finally constructing the assessment system of students' geographic core literacy,and putting forward corresponding training strategies according to different characteristics of human-earth coordination view,comprehensive thinking,regional cognition and geographical practical ability.
