| Objective:Based on the theory of the five-force model of leadership,a leadership questionnaire was developed for college nursing students in Hebei Province to explore the development of leadership.Methods:Through the literature review,a semi-structured interview,a survey,an expert meeting,and a leadership questionnaire of college nursing students were preliminarily compiled.The quality of the questionnaire was evaluated by item analysis,reliability estimation,and expert judgment.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the questionnaire.The development of leadership of 463 nursing undergraduates was assessed in 3 universities in Hebei Province after analysis.The analysis includes the leadership questionnaire for nursing undergraduates developed by Barry Z.Posner’s and the Sinicized leadership practice behavior scale(LPI)developed by Dr.Tao Siliang(2014).Results:The reliability and validity of the leadership questionnaire of nursing undergraduates were good.The questionnaire includes five dimensions: cooperation(3 topics),appeal(3 topics),control(5 topics),foresight(5 topics),and decision(4 topics)making.The Cronbach’s α Coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.92,and the five dimensions were 0.80、0.79、0.87、0.89、0.89 respectively,which were all higher than the standard of 0.7.Through the factor analysis,the cumulative contribution rate of variance of the five factor s was 71.27 and S-CVI / AVE was 0.95 > 0.90.By confirmatory factor analys which was higher than the standard of 0.50.The overall fitness of the measured model was 321.212 < 0.00,and the degree of freedom was 160,CMIN / DF 2.008(less than 3),RMSEA = 0.072(less than 0.80),CFI = 0.929(greate r than 0.90),TLI = 0.916(> 0.90),IFI = 0.930(> 0.90);The questionnaire ha s good reliability,content validity,and structural validity.The average varian ce of the five dimensions of the questionnaire was 0.62 、 0.57 、0.58、0.38 、0.630.64,respectively,which was higher than 0.50,and the combination relia bility of the five dimensions was 0.83、0.80 、0.87、0.89 、0.88,all above 0.60,respectively,indicating that the aggregation validity of the questionnaire was good.The AVE valuation of the two factors is higher than the square value o f the correlation coefficient between the two factors,which indicates that the CFA model of the questionnaire has a good discriminant validity.The correla tion coefficient between the self-assessment total score of nursing undergrad uate students undefined leadership questionnaire and the total score of Students undefined leadership practice behavior scale was 0.73,P < 0.01,Which indicated that the validity of the questionnaire was good.Therefore,the questionnaire has good reliability,content validity,structural v alidity and correlation validity.2.The score of the leadership questionnaire of nursing undergraduates was(76.36 ±10.37),the score of cooperative ability was higher,the score of foresight and decision ability was lower,and the whole was in the middle level.3.The LPI score was(116.62 ± 13.68),and the scores of each dimension were at the middle level.Conclusion:1.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good.The Leader ship development of nursing college students can be evaluated.2.The leadership of 463 nursing undergraduates is in the middle level in 3 colleges in Hebei Province,which needs to be further improved. |
