A Study On The Construction And Development Of The Master Degree Of Physical Education In Jiangxi Province

Since 2008,the first master degree of physical education(P.E for short)has been established.Four universities have the authorized qualification of P.E master's degree after several years of development.It is an important research topic that meeting the challenge brought by the reform of the degree authorization audit system in the new era,comprehensively grasping the basic situation of the development of the first-level P.E.degree point in Jiangxi Province,analyzing the problems existed in the construction and development of the P.E degree points and seeking the corresponding solutions,which aims to promote and strengthen the construction and development of P.E degree points in Jiangxi Province.This research uses the literature retrival,expert interview,contrastive analysis and mathematical statistics method to analyze the basic pattern of the construction and development of the degree points of the P.E in Jiangxi Province and the basic information in the subject orientation,subject features,teaching team,talent training and training conditions.From the point of subject orientation,the establishment of the first level disciplines of P.E.master degree point in Jiangxi Province meets the requirements of the times.High quality talents are eagerly needed in 21 century.From the perspective of subject characteristics,the formation of the primary P.E degree points in Jiangxi Province is basically consistent with the level of regional economic development and educational development.From the point of talent cultivation of postgraduates,there is a rising trend in the enrollment of first-level discipline sites in Jiangxi Province in recent years.The enrollment numbers of each major are unbalanced and the training link of degree is unified and orderly.From the perspective of teaching staff construction,the number of teachers in each degree site can basically meet the national policy requirements.Based on the information available,the author analyses the main problems existed in the construction and development of the master degree of P.E in Jiangxi Province:(1)The faculty is weak in some schools,which hinders the normal enrollment of some subjects;(2)The subject characteristics is not strong enough,the development of discipline characteristics runs into bottleneck.The faculty has become the main factor restricting the characteristic development.(3)The faculty is weak and the overall scientific research level is low.(4)The enrollment number of postegraduate of the first master degree of physical education(P.E for short)is unbalanced.there are still gaps of the talent cultivation of postgraduats between the fact and the national jectives.the number of students to recuit the doctors is small.(5)The utilization rate of the training base and laboratory is not high.At the same time,some of the equipment is old and just few peoplecan handle the equipment.To address the above problems,the development of the master degree of the first-level discipline sites of P.E.in Jiangxi Province can be fostered from the following aspects:(1)Scientifically identifying the primary subject direction of P.E.and introducing the corresponding teachers to meet students' needs;(2)Strengthening the cooperation and communication among degree sites,intensifying subject characteristics,introducing highly-educated teacher and improving the strength of scientific research team to promote the continuous development of subjects;(3)Intensifying the management of teachers,establishing an effective incentive mechanism to encourage teachers to actively engage in the employment of senior titles,improving the treatment to recruit Doctors,At the same time,the young teachers are encouraged to continue to pursue their doctoral degrees;(4)The tutor should paying more attention to develop the positive employment view of postgraduates,and chang the view which is just for the job to become a postgraduate,actinely guid students to recuit Doctors.(5)Increasing the enrollment index of the Sports Human Science,encouraging the tutors to declare the projects,actively guiding students' scientific research experiment,strengthening the training of the normal operation of the instrument so that more people can be skilled in the experiment equipment.
