| The reform of new curriculum standard advocates the initiative learning of students,and encourages teachers who function as organizers to make further efforts to perfect teaching practice.With the strong promotion of the reform of new curriculum standard,the domestic teaching reformation has become more plentiful.But due to the influence of long-term traditional teaching ideology,the leading role of teachers and the dominant position of students gradually lost their balance in teaching practice.Therefore,how to keep balance of the leading role of teachers and the dominant position of students effectively in teaching to meet the needs of the development of contemporary teachers and students is particularly essential.The secondary guidance teaching model being studied in this subject aims to help students to learn by themselves and be able to use knowledge flexibly to adapt the sophisticated social environment,and make further efforts to perfect the pattern of teacher-led,student exploration,thus increasing the teaching efficiency,improving students' ability of comprehensive learning and providing the front-line teachers with information and inspiration.In this study,literature study,classroom observation,questionnaires and other research methods are being used to do the theory construction and implementation of research on the secondary guidance teaching model applied in the biology class in The First Middle School of Changsha.Bases on the relevant teaching models and advantages of plan-guided teaching,the conception of new curriculum is combined to do the detailed discussion about the characteristics and basic structure of the secondary guidance teaching model: theoretical foundation,teaching objective,operating procedures and activities between teachers and students.And we also put forward the specific operating procedures and precautions to the new-grant theory courses,new-grant experimental courses and review lessons with the help of teaching cases.We learned about the current situation of implementation of the secondary guidance teaching model in high school biology class through questionnaires(including questions for teachers and students).The result shows that both teachers and students can adapt to the secondary guidance teaching model very well;students' motivation and learning ability has improved,which is good for the digestion and absorption of knowledge.But there are also some problems,for example,it is very time-consuming for the teacher to write a secondary guidance plan.It is suggested in this study that the secondary guidance teaching model is beneficial to the development of teachers and students,and its progressiveness and applicability conform to China's national condition.But at the same time,the deficiencies of the secondary guidance teaching model exist in current researches still need further improvement. |
