Since China's reform and opening up,China's rapid growth of import and export trade volume,port transportation industry is booming,for the development of national economy in China has made an indelible contribution.At the same time,the port industry labor contradiction is sharpened,brain drain,port automation impact problems also gradually highlights.How to realize the laborers rights and interests protection and the balance between their own good development,both for enterprises,workers or the government is a big challenge.Collective bargaining as a laborer party enterprise of labor relations and related matters,negotiations are equal,can be very effective to ease labor conflicts,harmonious labor relations.But,our country real collective consultation work time is short,both in the collective consultation related laws and regulations and the practical experience is insufficient.Shenzhen yantian port transportation industry officially launched in 2011 the collective consultation work of the industry,has been in the industry gradually establish a long-term mechanism for collective bargaining.Industry 7 years of collective consultation work improved increasingly strained complicated labor relations,coverage in the post,compensation mode,the decrease of quantity of labor dispute and so on have made progress.However,the collective consultation work within industry remains negotiate content single,contract become a mere formality,employers' organization construction lag behind,etc.From shenzhen yantian port transport industry practice of collective negotiations,to promote China's port industry rapid and healthy development of the collective negotiation shall,from the perspective of the scope of collective bargaining,increase the content of collective bargaining,improve the quality of collective bargaining,build industry wage growth mechanism,promote the industry to improve working conditions.To consummate the negotiations both sides main body construction,to more specification for collective bargaining.At the same time to perfect the supervision mechanism for collective bargaining,promote collective bargaining legislation,clear supervision main body collective negotiation.Multi-pronged make collective bargaining mechanism suitable to China's port industry,further to realize win-win situation of both sides of Labour and capital,the construction of a new,mutually beneficial and harmonious labor relations.
