Practical Research On The Parallel Group Intervention In The Parent-child Relationship Of The Nuclear Family

At present,the tendency of miniaturization and coreization of the family structure is significant.In the social transformation,many factors have an great impact on the family structure.Changes in family structure have brought about a series of family problems.On the other hand,traditional group work has been inadequate in the field of parent-child relationship.Therefore,the involvement of social work in the parent-child relationship of the family system is important.Group work requires constant innovation.New group work methods and strategies need to be proposed to respond actively to this field.Based on the background of the times and the status quo of practical development,this paper sorts out and summarizes the practical changes of the parallel group work methods.It also proposes the definition and characteristics of parallel groups.On this basis,this paper put forward a parallel group to improve the practice model of parent-child relationship and explore the strategy and application of parallel group in the parent-child relationship of the nuclear family.According to the guidance of the group's dynamic theory and the needs of parents and children,social workers explore and use the group dynamics to discuss the operation and development of parallel groups.They also evaluate the process of parallel and linkage,identify problems and propose effective intervention strategies to correct group design to make the group parallel and linkage more perfect.The practice analysis and experience summary found that the parallel group involved in the parent-child relationship is appropriate.It can actively respond to the parent-child relationship problem under the family transformation.Compared with the single subject group,the parallel group changed the perspective of parent-child relationship intervention and expanded the group work style in the perspective and application.Moreover,the article discusses the participants,intervention costs and theoretical&practical research on parallel groups.
