Parent-child relationship is a collection of mutual communication and emotional communication between parents and children. The quality of parent-child relationship directly affects family harmony and plays an important role in the development of children's individual physical and mental health.Migrant children are different from left-behind children, although they live with their parents, but because of a series of subjective and objective reasons, such as parental rearing style, education level and family economic conditions,As a result, the relationship between parents and children of floating children in urban areas is not optimistic, and presents a lot of problems. At present, the research on the parent-child relationship of floating children in our country mainly focuses on the investigation of the current situation of the parent-child relationship, the summary of the characteristics, the analysis of the influencing factors, and so on,and the discussion on the intervention level is relatively little. Therefore, intervention research on parent-child relationship of floating children will play a good guiding role in improving it.Based on the practice experience and data collection in the mobile child service station of X institution, this paper finds that the floating children in the institution have parent-child problems, including the parent-child alienation caused by improper parental discipline. The lack of communication skills leads to the estrangement of parent-child relationship, and unreasonable family rules lead to further aggravation of parent-child relationship.According to the current situation of parent-child relationship and the requirement of service object, the author designs and develops the corresponding parent-child parallel group. The team focused on the characteristics of migrant children and their parents at the conscious and behavioral levels, based on the combined family therapy model, from self-worth diagnosis, communication, and family rules Based on the concept of positive discipline and the theory of social learning, the author tries to improve the parent-child relationship of the service object from two aspects of cognition and behavior, starting with the theory of positive discipline andthe theory of social learning.
