On The Cultivation Of Youth Basketball Reserve Talents In Shaanxi Province From The Perspective Of 14 Games

The reserve talents are the basic guarantee for the sustainable development of competitive sports,basketball is the dominant item of competitive sports in our country.In 2018,Chinese basketball returned to the top of Asia and won gold medals in all basketball events of the Asian Games.Among them,the national team completed the replacement of the old and the new.The young athlete lifted up the beam.As the host place of the 14 th National Games,Shaanxi Province must seize the policy support brought by the holding of the National Games to develop the sports events in this province,and it is of practical significance to study the training of youth basketball reserve talents in Shaanxi Province.This paper takes the influence of youth basketball reserve talent training in the 14 th National Games as the research object,and takes Shaanxi Province as the research object.Coaches,athletes and basketball experts from local sports schools,provincial sports schools and traditional basketball schools were investigated.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other scientific research methods,from the training system,athletes,coaches,talent selection,etc.The present situation of Shaanxi basketball reserve talent training is investigated and analyzed.Some factors affecting and restricting the cultivation of basketball reserve talents in Shaanxi Province are found,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the better development of basketball reserve talents in Shaanxi Province.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Shaanxi Province basketball reserve talent training model is divided into three main modules,social training institutions training,basketball traditional schools,provinces and cities amateur sports schools,the corresponding echelon construction is not complete.2.At present,every city in Shaanxi Province has trained basketball reserve talents,but the number of basketball reserve talents in each city is small,the strength is different,the level of athletes in Xi'an is more than that in other cities.3.Basketball coaches in Shaanxi Province mostly have undergraduate degrees,graduated from sports colleges,basketball sports experience for sports colleges,college basketball team is the majority,there is no professional sports experience.4.The reserve talent of youth basketball in Shaanxi Province is few,the level of participation is not high,the experience of the national competition is scarce,and the competition sponsored by Shaanxi Province is not many.5.By sending out questionnaires to experts,coaches and referees in the field of basketball in Shaanxi Province,and by means of factor analysis,the factors influencing the training of youth reserve talents in Shaanxi Province during the 14 th National Games are determined as five factors:policy factors.Coaches influence factors,selection factors,social factors,training factors,competition factors.
