The Empirical Research On The Cultivation Of Reserve Talents In Five National Traditional Athletic Schools In Hubei Province

Athletes are an important group in the development of sports in our country,so strengthening the culture education and the security work of athletes is of great significance to comprehensive harmonious and sustainable development of the sports undertaking.Through the analysis of the basic situation of the level of track and field and traditional sports item schools of Hubei province in combination with the research analysis of five national traditional sports schools in Hubei,the thesis researches the advantages of their recruitment,training and transmission of reserve athletic talents,and then discovers some problems with countermeasures to guarantee the cultivation of reserve athletic talents.Taking five national traditional athletic schools as the research subject,the thesis makes a survey analysis on the fundamental state of traditional sports item schools in Hubei with literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire method and empirical study.The results are as follows:1.The level of track and field in Hubei is relatiely low.The track and field is mainly in the charge of the department of competitive sports of the Sports Bureau.And the talents training mode gives priority to traditional three-grade training mode.At present,there are totally 96 traditional sports item schools in Hubei including 22 national schools and 11 national traditional track andfield school.As important part of the primeval cultivation of reserve talents,traditional sports item schools are uniformly distributed over the province and the main sporting events are track and field and basketball.The schools transport a large number of reserve sports talents for colleges and universities.2.Entering traditional track and field schools is the popular choice made by students and parents because such schools cultivate a large number of outstanding athletes.During the process of talent recruitment,there exist some problems such as relatively single participation motivation,decline of students' quantity and quality,simplex selection way and so on.Due to different admissions policies in different schools,there exist certain gaps between the qualities of students.3.Traditional track and field schools provide certain safeguard measures for the training of athletes with qualified teachers in reasonable structures.Athletes also attach great importance to training and learning.But problems still exist,such as hysteretic updating of equipment,insufficient training of coaches,the shortage of training fund,etc.4.The main purpose of athletes in traditional track and field schools is to enter colleges and universities for further study.However,current transport channels of talents are too narrow to meet the requirements of students and parents,so it lacks the attractiveness in the recruitment of students.Departments set too many thresholds for sports students to enter higher schools so that a group of potential athletes are knocked out in advance.5.Traditional track and field schools make reasonable allocation of the age,educational background and professional proficiency of coaches.The coaches should improve their professional proficiency by effective training.They carry out training actively under the condition of insufficient training subsidy,which reflects their strong sense of responsibility.In view of the importance and actual situation of the operation of national traditional sports item schools in the process of cultivating reserve athletic talents,the thesis puts forward countermeasures aiming at the cultivation of reserve talents in such schools from the aspects of school management,construction of qualified teachers and the establishment of athletes cultivation system.In this way we can form a guaranteed talents training mode.At the same time,making full use of the teaching advantages of those schools and social force can improve the influence of the events in campus so as to promote the development of campus sports and improve students' physical quality.Finally,those schools can cultivate more reserve personnel and then improve the athletic level of Hubei province.
