| The developmental level of the cultivation the soccer reserve talents is an i mportant standard to measure the overall football situation of a nation or a regio n. In the developed countries and regions in football the reserve personnel’s are rich in diversity and population size. And they have a relatively high competitive level. All ages of football plays are trained, which forms a complete system of reserve personnel training and transportation to support a football power which will stand in the world top. In the recent years China began to pay attention to the training of football reserve, and is also reforming the previous training model s. The purpose is to promote the development of the overall China soccer reserv e talents.Shaanxi province is an important cultural, political, and economic center in t he western region of China. But the cultivation of football reserve talents is relat ively backward. Based on the research of the cultivation of reserve talents of Sh aanxi Province, this paper fully understands the development status of Shaanxi fo otball reserve personnel training by three ways of training:provinces echelon, fo otball school and campus football, and puts forward some suggestions and soluti ons in view of the current problems in the process of training. The purpose is t o make a better and faster development of reserve talents of Shaanxi Province, a nd provide references for the development of other similar provinces in China.This paper adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire, expert inte rview, data statistics, and analyzes the current situation of the three cultivation m echanisms in Shaanxi, which includes the provinces echelon, soccer schools, and the traditional school football team. This paper investigates the young athletes an d coaches or sports teachers, reads the literature inquiries, and analyzes the statis tical data of the expert interviews, thus gets a comprehensive understanding of th e current situation of the football reserve personnel training in Shaanxi province, and also finds some problems in the development process. The problems mainly lie in the following aspects:1. The bias in campus football policies. There are relatively a few actual pa rticipating schools. The schools also have insufficient funds and limited facilities. The relationship between football training and cultural courses is not easy to ba lance. And the parents don’t support that much.2. The decline in football schools of Shaanxi province. There exist the phen omena of mismanagement, improper administration, difficulty of fighting with oth er provinces. And the schools can actively mobilize the market capitals, and lack standards and policy guidance.3. The small size of the echelon construction, the lack of convergence of al1ages, and the stratification phenomenon. Influenced by occupational team of Sh aanxi province, provinces and cities team echelon detection has a poor stability.4. The small Football population, the negative reports, the match-fixing phen omenon. The football environment is not good.In order to change the present situation of Shaanxi Province, and improve t he football level as soon as possible, the author analyzes the causes of these pro blems, and puts forward some suggestions:1. We can combine the market, the society, the government together to deve lop the reserve talents training mode.2. We can further strengthen the binding mode of education, strengthen the cultural literacy of athletes, and broaden the working ways of athletes and coach es.3. We can establish the standard of operation supervision4. We can purify the football environment of Shaanxi province, so that mor e people are willing to join the football training and cultivation.5. We can pay attention to the cultivation of football talent in the folk leag ue, and further expand the size and the influence of the folk league. |
