The Feasibility Study Of Setting Up Football Associations In Some Normal Universities In Jiangxi Province

Football association is an important composition of style community,and in a rich college students football culture,development of body and mind quality of life and promote football play an important role in the process of curriculum development,its purpose is to fully integrate college football resources,through the effective organization form and management mechanism in the service of the campus football development,meet the demand of college students football.This paper adopted the method of documentation,expert interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,in order to research the 10 normal colleges and universities in jiangxi province by the community leaders,teachers and football fans as investigation object,the research situation of normal college football,football club the necessity and feasibility of opening,the opening of a football club's difficulties has carried on the investigation and analysis,and put forward the improvement on the basis of the difficulty of ideas and Suggestions.The research results show that:(1)It is necessary to set up football associations in normal universities in jiangxi province.Firstly,the development trend of campus football puts forward new requirements for the development of college football,and it is imperative to set up football associations.Secondly,it is beneficial to enrich football culture in colleges and universities and make up for the lack of football associations.Third,it is helpful to alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of football resources in universities and promote the development of football curriculum.Fourth,it is beneficial to promote the development of college football and consolidate the foundation of college football.Fifth,it is beneficial to improve the physical and mental quality of college students and develop lifelong sports consciousness.(2)it is feasible to set up football associations in normal universities in jiangxi province.In the analysis of external environment and internal environment,the feasibility of setting up football associations is demonstrated,and the basic conditions of setting up football associations are investigated in normal universities.(3)To strengthen the publicity and popularization of campus football policies and establish a sound management system and regulations;Innovation and development of football activities,expand the audience groups,build the brand of football events in colleges and universities,create opportunities for the establishment of football associations.(4)combining with the unfavorable factors existing in the establishment offootball associations in normal colleges and universities in jiangxi province,the researchers put forward improvement ideas in strengthening the construction and management research of football associations,publicity of activities,establishment of competition system,development of potential groups and promotion of leaders' attention.With a view to turning challenges into opportunities and creating opportunities for the establishment of football associations.Based on the above research conclusions,the following Suggestions are proposed:(1)jiangxi provincial education and sports administration department and football association may,through joint publication,request colleges and universities that have the conditions for the establishment of football associations to set up football associations as soon as possible,and provide policy,financial and technical support.(2)invite experts to set up a football association preparatory group and a research group,formulate and put forward an objective and practical opening plan,and strive for the practical support from university leaders.(3)strengthen the publicity and popularization of campus football policies,and formulate a sound management system and regulations;Innovate and develop football activities,attract potential groups,seek social and commercial cooperation,create a football competition system in colleges and universities,and create opportunities for the establishment of football associations.(4)establish a training system for coaches and referees,and enhance communication on the construction and management of football associations among colleges and universities.Actively learn and learn from the successful experience of football associations established by other universities,and provide reference for formulating the management system and development system of football associations in line with the actual situation of our university.
