Objective: Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease and a major public health problem worldwide. It is also a risk factor for cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in middle-aged and elderly people.Once suffering from this disease,it often requires lifelong medication, and all antihypertensive drugs are currently accompanied by side effects. Therefore,in recent years, the non-drug treatment of hypertension has attracted great attention. In this study,Taijiquan and Jianbu walking were used as the means of exercise intervention to explore the effects of two kinds of aerobic exercise with the same intensity and different exercise modes on the physical and psychological indicators of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension. In order to further promote Taijiquan and walking exercise lay a scientific theoretical foundation;provide theoretical basis and data basis for effective blood pressure reduction and reasonable physical exercise for middle-aged and elderly people;and provide strong support for the design of exercise prescriptions from both practical and theoretical fields.Method:Cooperating with the Outpatient Department of the Cardiovascular Hospital of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital,41 patients with hypertension who met the experimental requirements(only patients with stage I hypertension and stage II hypertension from age 55-65)has been taken as the subject. They were divided into three groups: the Taiji Quan group(15 people),the walking group(14 people)and control group(12 people). The Taiji Quan group and the walking group do exercise according to their own methods. The control group has no intervention with their usual living habits without Taiji Quan exercise and walking exercise. They exercise 5 times a week,45-60 minutes each time for 10 weeks. The experimenter test physiological indicators including blood pressure, weight, height, waist circumference, hip circumference and heart rate and fill out the psychological scale, including anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale. The experimental results show that:1.The comparison results in each group showed that the systolic blood pressure was significantly decreased after the experiment(P<0.01),and the diastolic blood pressure was also significantly decreased(P<0.01).But there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure for the control group. The comparison between the groups showed that the differences between systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significant in the experimental groups and the control group(P<0.01).The differences between the Taiji Quan group and the walking group were also obvious(P < 0.01).2 The comparison results in each group showed that weight,BMI index, waist circumference and hip circumference of the Taiji Quan group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the waist and hip ratio before and after the intervention; And weight,BMI index and waist circumference were significantly decreased(P<0.01),hip circumference was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in waist-to-hip ratio. The indicators of the control group have no statistical significance. The comparison between the groups showed that only the Taiji Quan group and the control group are significantly different in the BMI index(P<0.01).And there was no statistical significance hence was no obvious difference between the two groups in weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and waist-to-hip ratio.3 The comparison results in each group showed that there was a significant difference between the sitting test index of the Taiji Quan group before and after the experiment(p<0.01).So as the walking group(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in the experimental index between the control group before and after the experiment. The comparison between the groups showed that the difference between the Taiji Quan group, the walking group and the control group was very significant(P<0.01).The comparison between Taiji Quan group and the walking group also had very significant differences(P<0.01).4 The comparison results in each group showed that the anxiety and depression of the Taijiquan group were significantly improved before and after the experiment(p<0.01).So as the walking group(P< 0.01);There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression between the control group before and after the experiment. The comparison between groups showed that the difference between anxiety and depression in the experimental groups and the control group was very significant(P<0.01).The difference the Taijiquan group and the walking group was also significant.(P<0.01).Conclusion:1 After the intervention, the blood pressure of the subject is effectively controlled and reduced, which shows that Taiji Quan and walking can significantly affect the blood pressure.Compared with the walking,Taiji Quan has better effects in controlling and reducing the blood pressure of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension.2 After the intervention, the body shape of the subject was effectively improved. It shows that Taiji Quan and walking can effectively improve the body shape of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension.Taiji Quan has no obvious difference n improving body shape.3 After the intervention, the functional ability of the subject's heart is effectively improved. It shows that Taiji Quan and walking can effectively improve the function of cardiovascular system in middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension. And Taiji Quan can improve the cardiovascular system function of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension more effectively than walking.4 After the intervention, the emotional state of the subject was effectively improved. It shows that both Taiji Quan and walking significantly improve the depression and anxiety state of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension.Compared with the walking movement,Taiji Quan has more obvious improvement.
