| In recent years,the aging trend of my country’s population has been increasing,and the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people has become the most concerned topic in society.It is the basic strategic task of the country to vigorously develop sports for the middle-aged and the elderly,delay the speed of aging,and improve the health and quality of life of the middle-aged and elderly.With its advantages of simplicity,safety and controllability,and low cost,brisk walking has become one of the most popular and favorite fitness sports among middle-aged and elderly people.This paper uses the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment and other research methods to study the effect of brisk walking for middle-aged and elderly people with the assistance of sports functional music.Taking physiology,musicology,rehabilitation medicine and other disciplines as the theoretical basis,following the principles of safety,pertinence,and comprehensive development,combining music and walking movements to create and edit,and design a sports function of walking with scientific exercise value.Music,in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the physique and health of middle-aged and elderly people,and at the same time adding new content and forms to the walking exercise.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.The walking exercise combined with functional sports music and the walking exercise without music can improve the body shape,physical function and physical quality of middle-aged and elderly people,but in contrast,the effect of brisk walking exercise with the assistance of sports functional music is more significant.2.The application of sports functional music to middle-aged and elderly walking exercise is innovative,scientific and practical.The rhythm,speed,emotions and other elements of music are applied to walking,which breaks the boring atmosphere of the original walking practice,and effectively stimulates the interest and enthusiasm of the practitioners;The memory of the elderly declines,and it is easy to have the problem of forgetting;the use of music rhythm to control the rhythm of movements and reduce the unstable factors of independent practice without music.3.After the experiment,the subjects held a positive attitude towards the exercise effect achieved by the application of sports functional music to brisk walking.They were satisfied with the selection of music,the design of movements,and the arrangement of exercise procedures;the grasp of the rhythm of music and movements,the feeling of music emotions,and the improvement of mental outlook and mental stress all had significant effects,strengthening the subjects.The development of physical health knowledge and behavior habits has a certain practical effect and is worthy of popularization and promotion. |
