The Outline of Educational Planning is the first medium and long-term educational reform and development plan in China in the 21 st century.It places School Physical Education in an important position.It calls for strengthening and improving students' moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education in an all-round way,firmly establishing the idea of lifelong physical education and health first,further implementing the "long-term mechanism of Sunshine Physical education",and actively exploring the new mechanism for the sustainable development of Sunshine Physical education.Ideas to enhance students' physique.Cheerleading is a sport full of passion and vigor,boldness and publicity,unity and cooperation,appeal and competitiveness.In recent years,under the active promotion of Cheerleading by the gymnastics management center of the State Sports Administration and the Chinese College Students' Aerobics and Rhythmic Gymnastics Association,cheerleading is in full swing on campus in large and medium-sized cities,but in remote areas.There are few rural schools in China.Therefore,this paper takes the experiment of the influence of Cheerleading on the physical quality and self-confidence of 9-10 year old students in rural areas as the research object,adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,psychological measurement,experiment and mathematical statistics,and takes 80 students of 9-10 year old students in experimental class and control class of Mingde boarding primary school in Kuidong town as the experimental object,through cheerleading teaching and experiment.Students in the class and the control class were tested with seven basic physical fitness tests and self-confidence scale to explore the effect of Cheerleading on the physical fitness and self-confidence of rural students aged 9-10.The following conclusions are drawn from the experiments:1.The influence of Cheerleading on limb strength,waist and abdomen strength,body coordination and sensitivity of 9-10 year-old students is very obvious,but it has no significant influence on speed quality and endurance quality of 9-10 year-old students,which shows that cheerleading has an important influence on the development of part of students' physical quality.2.There was no difference in physical quality between the two classes before the experiment.After 18 weeks,there were significant differences in the physical quality of boys and girls in the experimental class after the intervention of cheerleading teaching,which was significantly larger than that in the control class,which showed that the influence of cheerleading on students' physical quality was greater than that of physical education classroom routine teaching.3.Before the experiment,the number of self-confidence in the experimental class and the control class is basically the same,there is no significant difference.After the experiment,the number of self-confidence in the experimental class increased from19 to 28,an increase of 22%.The number of self-confidence in the control class increased from 20 to 23,an increase of 7%.This proves that the sports characteristics of Cheerleading have a significant role in promoting students' self-confidence.4.According to the data of self-confidence scale,cheerleading teaching not only enhances students' self-confidence and enhances their love for cheerleading,but also promotes the further development of students' physical fitness.The more confident students are,the more obvious the growth of their physical fitness is.Recommendation:1.Rural schools should introduce cheerleading into physical education classes in order to enrich the contents of campus classes,pay attention to the cultivation of students' interests and interests,and promote the all-round development of students' morality,intelligence,physical fitness and beauty.2.Schools should strengthen the propaganda of cheerleading,employ professional teachers to carry out cheerleading teaching in remote rural areas,so that more people and students have a new understanding of cheerleading,and constantly improve the level of school physical education classroom teaching.3.Primary school students are in the initial stage of growth and development.Before the formation of various organs of the body,students should realize the importance of physical exercise.Parents should carefully accompany students,pay attention to students' physical and mental health,and face up to the cultivation of children's physical and mental health.4.Faced with different students,teachers should adopt different teaching methods and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Physical education teachers should bring cheerleading into rural schools.It can not only enrich the teaching content of schools and promote the construction of campus culture,but also further improve students' physique,cultivate students' spirit of solidarity,cooperation,mutual learning and perseverance,and lay a foundation for lifelong sports thought.Basics.
