Application Of Project Management In Sports Events

With the improvement of people's material living standards,people's requirements for quality of life are getting higher and higher,especially the emphasis on their own health level,making people's participation in sports projects more and more high.Of all the sporting events,the most familiar to the people,the most familiar one is of course the sports meeting.For the city,there is no better way to enrich the sports and cultural life of the people than to host the city.However,due to the size of the sports events and the restrictions of the participants,there are often arbitrarily strong and unregulated competition processes.The risk control ability of the competition is insufficient,and the practical emergency plan is relatively weak.The event organization is not sound enough.The quality of the participating teams needs to be improved overall.In view of the various problems that may be encountered in holding sports events,this paper takes the sports events of the city sports as an example,and adopts the project management method to manage the whole stage of a city and city sports from start-up,planning,organization,implementation to control.Firstly,the project management theory and the project attributes of sports events are expounded,and the connotation of sports events such as the Municipal Games is analyzed.The process of project management for sports events is determined.Then it analyzes the work and problems faced in the initiation,planning and organization of a city sports event,and gives corresponding solutions.It also guarantees the implementation and control process.Control feedback was studied.Finally,the project management process of a city sports meeting was summarized,and the problems and problems existing in the application of the project management to sports events were summarized.
